The staff here are pretty good. Tracy, Zara and Nikita were especially welcoming, which made the lunch feel quite pleasant. Service was a little slow when it got busy, but overall it was a decent experience.

The cocktail menu is huge, so many options! I asked for something off-menu and the bartender was happy to whip it up. My drink was spot on, really nicely balanced. A great spot for trying something new.

Been a regular for years, mostly for their comfort food. The buns and bread always taste so fresh, like they're baked that morning. You can really tell they use good ingredients. It's just a cozy, reliable spot.

Nice spot in the castle grounds. Had a coffee and a scone after a walk. Scone was decent, warm with jam. Bit pricey for what it is, but you're paying for the location. Good for a quick stop.

The festive chip is superb, and the quality is always top-notch. The seats are quite comfortable, which is a nice plus.

Been coming here for years for breakfast. The full English is always spot on, proper bacon and eggs done right. Coffee's a bit weak for my taste, but you can't beat the consistency.

Staff were attentive and knew the menu well. Service was prompt without being intrusive. Made a quick business lunch feel efficient and pleasant.

The refurbishment is lovely, and the outdoor seating is a great spot. The ingredients in my salad tasted so fresh, which I really appreciate.

Been coming here for years, and the bar's always had that great selection of spirits on display. It's just a solid spot to unwind with a drink or two. Never feels like they're trying too hard.

The yakibuta ramen was spot on. Got a mango martini with it – the sweetness cut through the rich broth perfectly. Place was heaving, but Anri kept checking in on our table. Made the wait feel shorter.

The almond croissant was so flaky and buttery, honestly felt like I was back in Paris for a second. The Paris-Brest was just as good. Perfect spot to grab a treat with friends and catch up.

The sandwiches here are always spot on. Fresh bread, quality fillings, you can taste it. Got my usual ham and cheese today, hit the spot. Coffee's decent, and the staff are always nice. A solid little spot.

The servers here are so lovely. They remembered my name from last time and checked in just the right amount. It's the kind of warmth that makes you feel looked after, not rushed. Really nice touch.

Lovely old building from the 1930s. The view over the bay from our table was the real star of the show, especially with the good weather. Food was solid, service friendly. A nice spot for a relaxed lunch.

Staff were really friendly and helpful when I asked to swap out a side dish. The place itself is clean and has a nice, relaxed feel. For what you pay, it's a decent spot.

The iced chai latte was pretty good. The staff were nice, Ellen in particular. For an airport spot, the atmosphere is decent. A solid choice if you're waiting for a flight.

The sticky bites with mixed chocolate and biscoff sauce were my pick. Portion was decent for the price, especially with the two sauces. Staff were friendly, which was a nice touch.

The cosmopolitan was the standout. Really well-balanced, not too sweet, the cranberry and lime were just right. The live music was a nice touch, but honestly, I’d go back just for that drink.

The staff were friendly and checked in on us a couple of times. It was a nice personal touch, not too overbearing.
