Went for the Marwari food festival. Laal maas had that proper heat, slow-cooked and rich. Dal bati churma was solid too, ghee heavy just like it should be. Place got busy by 8, but food came quick enough. Felt like a proper Rajasthani thali kinda vibe. Good stuff.
