The mixed kulcha thali was so good, honestly the stuffing was generous and it came out hot with butter and chutney on the side. Raita was thick too, not watery at all. Service was quick even though the place was packed. Only thing is it&rsquo;s a bit tight inside, but we managed fine for a casual catch-up with friends. Would go back for that thali again 🙂

The chole bhature here are proper Delhi style, soft bhature and the chole had a nice kick. Tried the palak chole chawal in kulhad, that was really good. Place gets crowded and the street outside is madness, but you come here for the food, not the ambience.

The fried chicken here is properly spiced and crunchy. Portion size is decent for what you pay. Just don&#39;t expect any fancy seating, it&#39;s cramped and cash only. Classic Old Delhi spot though.

The thali here is massive&mdash;so many sabzis, dal, breads, sweets, and chaach on one plate. Everything tasted fresh and well-balanced, not too spicy which I liked. The aam ras was a nice touch, and the kiwi halwa surprised me, never had that before. Portion size is generous for the price. Just wish they&#39;d refill the chaach a bit faster, we had to ask twice.

Food&#39;s decent but hit or miss. Had a paneer dish that was spot on, another time the curry was way too salty. Portion sizes seem to change too. Service is quick enough though, and it&#39;s easy to get to. Fine for a casual meal if you&#39;re nearby, just don&#39;t expect the same thing every time.
