克拉卡欧After studying abroad in Tromsø, I realized autumn and winter aren't just about the Northern Lights. There are some experiences perfect for leisurely exploration:
🚠 Tromsø Cable Car
Watching the sunset and night view from the top of the mountain is truly breathtaking. It's best to book tickets in advance. I did it for a friend last time, otherwise, there's a lot of waiting.
🐟 Sea Fishing
Cod are incredibly plump in autumn and winter. I have friends who own a boat, and I occasionally go out with them. Sometimes I catch king crab and giant fish. The wind can be a little chilly, but the atmosphere is fantastic.
🏝 Fjord Island Ride
Kvaløya and Sommarøy
A simple drive around these small islands offers postcard-perfect scenery.
🐕 Sledding Experience: Tromsø Lapland Sledding
Once the snow thickens, you can enjoy dog sledding and reindeer sledding, classic Arctic activities.
🚶 Strolling Downtown
Tromsø isn't a large city, so it's quite relaxing to stroll through its cafes and museums.
🍔 Daily Anecdotes: McDonald's Tromsø
Now working at McDonald's, I run into a lot of Chinese tourists. Everyone is so friendly and it's quite fun.
Tips
•Best Time: October to March
•Suggested Itinerary: 3–5 days, combining aurora borealis, cable car ride, sea fishing/island fishing, and sledding.
•Clothing: Be sure to keep warm and windproof, and wear non-slip shoes.
International Student's Perspective:
After living here for so long, I've slowly discovered some off-the-beaten-path experiences. If you'd like to come, come join me. I'll go fishing with my Norwegian friends 🎣 and drive to the islands in the fjords 🏝️. I'll also share some routes and tips. #TromsøTravel #NorwegianFjords #NorwayTravel #GlobalCityLandmarks #NordicTravel

✈️After flying for more than 15 hours, we landed in Tromsø, Troms County, Norway. ❄️Under the -1℃ weather, we couldn’t wait to go out and find food on the street! 👉🏻We found a treasure street—— Storgata 👉🏻This small street is not only the CBD of Tromsø 🤩There are also 3 very interesting food and drink shops! 👉🏻They are all very cool in some way! 👌I personally tried it and it’s not a bad deal. If I did, it’s okay because it’s not expensive at all😆 - 1️⃣. Raketten BAR & Pølse 👉🏻The smallest bar in the universe The name is not important, it’s just used for positioning haha It’s called the tiniest bar, so small that it looks like a newsstand But it’s very beautiful, the elements in the store are rich and warm The hot dogs are very very very delicious! The mulled wine is also great! It is very comfortable to warm up the body in the ice and snow Storgata 94B, 9008 Tromso . 2️⃣. Ølhallen Pub 👉🏻The oldest local bar A very old beer bar in Tromso It has been nearly a hundred years old There are nearly 70 kinds of malt liquor to try in the store Come here to have a drink on a snowy night The atmosphere of the European pub is full When our glasses clink together, there is a sound of tipsiness Storgata 4, 9008 Tromso . 3️⃣. The world's northernmost McDonald's Previously, the "northern McDonald's" was in Finland Now it belongs to this McDonald's in Tromso! There are also aurora postcards in the store that you can take home! But except for a little bit of gimmick elements There is no difference from other McDonald's... But the McDonald's people don't care about these! Just assemble the whole army! Charge! Storgata 94B, 9008 Tromso - #Nordic Tour #European Tour #Norway Tour #Snowing #Aurora #Seahello Trendy Vacation
