A nice spot right on the square. The daily soup special was lovely and hearty. I really appreciated the comfortable booth seating – it made for such a relaxed lunch.

The owner’s smile when you walk in really sets a nice tone. Service is spot-on, never hovering but always there when you need something. Honestly, for the quality you get, the prices here are hard to beat locally.

The scones were warm and crumbly, just how I like them. Paired with a cappuccino, it was a quiet, cosy moment. The whole place has such a gentle, welcoming feel to it.

Been coming here for years, it's my go-to spot for a hot chocolate. They use real melted chocolate, not powder. It's rich and not too sweet, just how I like it. Service is always quick, even when they're busy. A solid choice near the bus station.

Decent food, and honestly not too pricey for being right in the centre. The portion sizes were just right for the cost, which is what I look for. I'd say it's fair value.

A lovely cafe with a cosy interior and covered outdoor seating. The staff are very friendly, and they make a really good coffee. My dog was made to feel welcome, which is always a plus. A nice spot for a relaxed bite.

The scones and cheesecake are clearly homemade, tasted very fresh. Good spot for a quick, decent coffee and cake. Service was efficient, got my order sorted quickly.

Stopped by for a quick bite. The pastry case is insane — so many things I've never seen before. Grabbed a weird cheesy twist thing and a coffee. That twist was actually really good. Menu's massive, kinda overwhelming.

The avocado and goat's cheese croissant was a lovely, creamy treat. It paired nicely with my Spanish latte. The chairs were surprisingly comfortable for a long brunch, which was a nice touch.

Solid coffee spot. They have a few varieties and will grind the beans for you. The setting is unique, which is a nice plus. Good for a quick, reliable cup.

The breakfast options are fantastic, loads of choice. I had the full English and it was really good. Portion size was decent, didn't leave hungry. Price felt fair for what you get.

The Union coffee is so good! I'm vegan and really appreciated the oat and almond milk options. Had a lovely flat white with oat milk, it was just the right temperature and strength. A solid spot for a coffee fix.

The space has this lovely, warm glow in the evenings. Staff were friendly, but it does get absolutely packed on a Saturday. Had to send my friend to snag a table while I ordered at the bar.

Been coming here for years, and they always make our dog feel right at home. The staff are so good with him.

Been coming here for years, it's my local. The full English is solid, proper bacon and decent sausages. Good spot for a quick bite before heading into town. Prices are fair, which is rare these days.

Proper home cooking, exactly what I needed after a long day. The chilli con carne was hearty, packed with fresh ingredients. Portions are generous, no skimping. It's simple, comforting food done right.

The eggs benedict were cooked perfectly to order, which I really appreciate. A lovely, relaxed spot.
