The pistachio calzone for dessert was a nice surprise. The dough had a good bite to it, not heavy at all. And the filling wasn't overly sweet, which I appreciated. A solid choice to end the meal.

The bar here is a real find. They've got a solid lineup of Czech and Slovak beers on tap, which I'd never tried before. Went with a Pilsner Urquell to go with my goulash—a nice change from the usual.

Ell was so lovely. She remembered our drink order from last time and had this warm way of making you feel looked after. Just a really nice touch.

Been coming here for years, and their dim sum is always spot on. The vibe's just right for a casual catch-up with mates. Prices haven't gone crazy either, which is a plus these days.

Nice place to go for brunch. Mine was a little cold and the scrambled egg wasn’t good- but they quickly changed it and then it was delicious, husband’s full English was excellent. It’s a lovely place for a reasonable price. Staff very nice and friendly.

The sweet and sour chicken was spot on, and I'm still thinking about those king prawns with salt, chilli, and pepper. So fresh! That crispy coating on the prawns was everything. 🍤

Perfect for a quick bite on a busy night. Got my takeout in under 20 minutes, food was still hot when I got home.

Chicken Rezzela and the saag rice were solid. Service was efficient, got our order quickly. Decent spot for a reliable meal.

The butter chicken masala was really good, rich and flavourful. The garlic naan was a nice accompaniment, fresh and warm. A solid choice for a casual dinner.

Dinner was well presented, service was attentive. The wine list had good options. Atmosphere was pleasant. A solid choice for a business dinner in the area.

Cosy pub with a log fire, perfect for a chilled catch-up. BYO food is a nice touch, just bring your own snacks!

The portions here are huge, honestly. My plate was piled high and it looked so nice on that lovely blue dish. For what you pay, it's a solid deal.

Lovely little village cafe. The carrot cake was really nice, and I liked the Bakewell sponge too. The whole place just feels cosy, with those old wooden tables and big windows. Perfect for a quiet afternoon.

Dylan our waiter was a legend! Made my mate's birthday feel proper special, so thoughtful. Food came out super quick too. Honestly, the service just made the whole night.

Food's always solid, menu rotates nicely. Joe remembered my usual wine preference, which was a nice touch. The Malbec they suggested last time paired really well with the steak. Portions felt a bit smaller than my last visit, though.

Been coming here for years, and the Sunday roast is usually solid. This time though, the beef was a bit tough and the Yorkies were a little soggy. Hope it's just a one-off.
