The fish and chips were decent&mdash;not too oily, and the portion felt right. Service was quick, which I appreciated since it was late and most places had already closed. Prices are a bit steep for what you get, but the convenience makes up for it. Staff were polite, and I didn&rsquo;t have to wait long. Fine for a no-fuss meal when you&rsquo;re short on options.

The broth is spot on. Deep, rich, tastes like the real deal from Hanoi. I grabbed a bowl during a short lunch break and it hit the spot. No frills, just solid pho. Place was a bit busy but the food came out quick enough. Definitely my go-to when I need something fast and satisfying.

We stopped in for lunch and ordered the thali. Portion was generous, honestly enough for two people. Staff kept checking on us, water refilled without asking. Only thing, it got a bit busy around 1pm and we waited a little longer for the next round of breads. But overall a solid spot for a pure veg meal with Jain options.

The beef tartare was the standout. Clean, sharp seasoning, proper texture. Mains were solid too, though the lamb could&#39;ve used a bit more salt. Modern plates, no fuss. For the price, it&#39;s fair. I&#39;d eat here again just for that tartare.

Decent spot right in the center of Interlaken. Room was clean, bathroom a bit small but fine. Staff let us keep our bags after checkout, which was handy. Free bus pass is a nice touch.

A wonderful 5 stars restaurant, with excellent service, delicious food and magnificent view on the lake leman. I went to it twice within a couple of days, one time with my son and daughter, the next time I wanted to share the pleasure with my parents, so I went with them, my brother and the kids. I fall in love with the whole atmosphere and for sure it became among my best sports in Montreux 😍.

The cheese-making demo was so fun to watch with friends, and the raclette hit the spot. Prices are okay for what you get, though it&rsquo;s a bit touristy. 😊
