A big shout out to the barman - the pineapple spritz was a delight! When we had finished our meal we moved into the bar area and saw in the New Year with some live music (excellent guitarist!). The pub itself felt very festive and cozy, perfect for the Winter ahead and a very inviting bar and selection. The food we ordered was delicious, 3 out of 4 of us ordered the pie of the day which was delicious along with accompaniments and a very good portion. When ordering from the steak night menu you get a complimentary bottle of the estates Pinot Noir, which accompanies the delicious steaks nicely.The service is great and ambience is chilled. Really like this place having discovered it recently for Mother’s Day. This was our second visit with many more to come.
