翱翔的大鲨鱼Sushi Kame is open by reservation. There are two dining sessions per night, at 6:00 and 8:30. The entire dining time is about 1 hour and 50 minutes. Each session can accommodate 10-11 guests sitting at the bar to face the chefs and appreciate the three chefs carefully and conscientiously using ingredients airlifted from Hokkaido, Japan and other places to prepare dinner for us today. There are a small amount of ingredients from Russia, France, Jeju Island, South Korea, and the United States.
There are eight main courses from the start to the end: 1. Chawanmushi (shrimp, crab meat)
2. Sashimi
3. Appetizer (Oyster Nimono, Kanpachi Nanbanzuke w/ uni, Jelly Cebiche, Corn tempura, Gobo)
4. Kanpachi Carpaccio
5. Nigiri Sushi (Akamutsu, Ji-kinmedai, Madai, Hiramei, Mirugai, Chu-toro, O-toro, Aji, Uni)
6. A5 Wagyu with black truffle and caviar
7. Sea urchin pasta with black truffle
8. Hojicha Ice Cream
