Ellie was so lovely! She remembered it was my birthday and brought out a little ice cream with a candle. It was a really sweet surprise. Made the whole evening feel extra special.

The Guinness was so creamy, just how I like it! The staff were really friendly too, even when it got super busy and the tables were a bit close together. Made it a fun spot to catch up with friends.

The staff were really helpful with the beer menu. I had a few questions about the local brews, and they took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. It made choosing a lot easier.

Been coming here for years. The staff are lovely and actually remember what you drink. Food's always decent for what you pay. Toilets are consistently clean, which is a big plus for me.

Came here after a long day. The staff were really nice about it, not rushed at all. Food came out fast, looked great on the plate. The lamb shank was properly tender, fell right off the bone. Just what we needed.

Nice spot for a pint. The space is huge, feels open and bright. Really liked the colourful design and the lighting was spot on. Seats are comfy too. Just a solid, well put-together bar.

A proper pub just off the prom. The real ale was spot on, a perfect match for the old Blackpool photos on the walls. Felt like a proper bit of history with a decent pint in hand. Could've stayed for another.

Michael was really helpful with my dietary needs, which I appreciated. The food was tasty, but I did find the portions a bit on the smaller side for the price. Still, it was a nice, friendly evening.

Breakfast was fine for a quick family stop before heading into Chester. The toast was good, reliable. My fried egg was a bit overdone, but it didn't ruin the meal. Solid spot for what it is.

Great music and service, drinks were priced about right for the area. A solid spot for a night out.

Came in on a Sunday, not too packed. Got a table straight away. Adam at the bar knows his stuff, really helped us pick a drink. The food was spot on.

The lemon cheesecake bomb was a fantastic end to the meal. The clementine tart with raspberry sorbet was just as good.

Had a pre booked table on Sunday 18th.feb. asked for consideration for mobility problems. Booking efficient. Table appropriate for our needs. All staff excellent, friendly and .caring. food excellent quality and well presented. Top class experience.

Popped in for a quick pint. The lager was properly chilled, just what I needed. Staff were friendly enough. Parking was dead easy, which is a bonus around here. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

Dropped in for a drink and caught the live singer. New owners are really welcoming, place was buzzing. Definitely a better atmosphere than it used to be. The singer was great, but the music did get a bit loud for conversation.

Friendly, lively crowd. The woodwork from the old ocean liner is stunning—spent ages just looking at the details. A nice bit of history while you eat.

The Sunday roast was served in a giant Yorkshire pudding, which was a nice touch. Loads of meat and veg tucked inside. Felt very cosy and generous for the price.

Great spot just a stroll away. The small plates are perfect for sharing with a group, left us all satisfied.

Really enjoyed the afternoon tea here. The scones were still warm, and the clotted cream was just right. The whole place had a lovely, relaxed vibe. A nice spot for a catch-up.

Bottomless brunch was nice, but the staff really stood out. They just had this genuine, warm way of greeting you. Made the whole thing feel relaxed.

We come here for the Sunday roast pretty often. It's always a reliable choice, and the staff are so friendly. They remembered our usual table, which made it feel nice and easy. The roast itself was just as good as always.

Cosy spot, and they let us bring our pup inside which was a nice surprise. The staff were really chill, didn’t hover or rush us at all. Just a relaxed vibe for a lazy Sunday pint.

Bottomless brunch was perfect for a quick catch-up. Nathan kept the drinks coming, no waiting around. Food came out fast, tasted good. Location in the Northern Quarter is spot on. Solid option when you're short on time.

Really enjoyed the cask ales here. You can tell they're well-kept, very fresh. The selection was a nice surprise for a small spot. Just a cozy place for a quiet pint.

Nice spot for a group dinner. The steak and ale pie was spot on, proper flaky pastry and tender beef. Fish and chips were decent too, crispy batter. Everything came out hot, which is a plus. Staff were friendly without hovering.

My midweek visit to the River Wyre restaurant was very enjoyable. The staff were attentive and helpful. There was a real fire burning and my favourite cocktail was made to perfection. My slow cooked belly pork was delicious.
