Stumbled in here without expectations, left genuinely impressed. The open kitchen is a nice touch&mdash;you can see them actually making the food. Had the lamb dish, it was tender and spiced just right. Service was warm, almost like being a guest in someone&#39;s home. Only downside, place got a bit crowded around 7. Still, solid Turkish spot.

Came back two nights in a row for the beef fried rice. That wok hei comes through proper&mdash;smoky, charred, no grease sitting at the bottom. Stewed brisket was tender too, fell apart without being mushy. Didn&#39;t care much about the setup or how long we waited. The food did the talking.

The cappuccino came with a little glass of whipped cream liqueur on the side&mdash;nice touch, I&rsquo;ll give them that. Service was friendly and quick, and the spot itself is pleasant enough for a coffee break. Nothing fancy, but I&rsquo;d sit here again if I&rsquo;m in the area.

The bread&rsquo;s got that nice chew, and the meat was properly seasoned. Had the mixed kebab plate, decent portion for the price. Place was busy around 7, took a bit to get served but worth it. One of the better spots in the area for sure.
