Cozy neighborhood spot, nice and laid-back. It was pretty spacious inside and looked clean when we stopped by.

Po' boy bread is the real deal here. Seriously, rivals the best I've had. Catfish was cooked right. Service was cheerful. Solid spot on the Embarcadero.

The coffee here is really well made, you can tell they care about it. Got a croissant with it and that combo just hits the spot for a chill morning.

This tiny spot is the real deal. You can taste the care in every bite. The pasta was cooked just right, and the sauce had this slow-simmered depth. Found my new go-to for a quiet meal.

Grabbed the tofu banh mi for a quick lunch. Bread was super fresh and warm. Flavors were solid, not too heavy. Got my order fast. Good for a quick bite.

Been coming here for years, and that homemade hot sauce is the reason. It’s got this slow, flavorful heat that builds up just right. I always ask for an extra side of it. Some days it’s a touch spicier than others, but that’s part of the charm. Keeps me guessing.

This place feels like a little piece of Italy. The owner was walking around serving tables himself, which was a nice touch. Really cozy spot, good for a quiet dinner.

Been coming here for years, and the sushi still hits the spot. The rolls are always generous, and the fish tastes fresh without breaking the bank. That's why I keep coming back.

Walked by this place for a year before stopping in. The pozole was the real deal—so comforting and authentic. That alone made the wait worthwhile.

Came with a big group on Cinco de Mayo. Staff was super nice and got us all at one table even though it was packed. The tacos were really good, solid spot for a group.

Been coming here for years, it’s our local spot. The folks behind the counter remember your name and what you usually order. That kind of personal touch keeps me coming back.

Been coming here for years, always get the garlic noodles with the five-spice chicken. The chicken's consistently tender, never dry. Noodles are the real deal.

Been grabbing their spicy chicken takeout for years. It's always cooked just right - tender, juicy, never dry. My go-to spot when I don't feel like cooking.

Solid spot for seafood and steak. The menu covers a nice range, from pastas to pricier dishes.

The pan-fried pork buns were the highlight. That crispy bottom gave way to a burst of hot, savory soup inside. Just a really satisfying bite.

Crab melt was tasty, just wish it came out a bit warmer. Perfect for a group lunch though, we had a good time catching up.

The horseradish on the sandwich had a great, sharp bite to it. The au jus was rich but not overly salty, which I really appreciated. And those onion rings? Perfectly crispy, with just the right amount of seasoning.

Been coming here for years. Their Thai iced tea is the real deal - creamy and not too sweet. It's the only thing I'll drink with their spicy curries. The float is a fun twist, but I'm a purist.

Solid quick bite. Counter ordering is fast, and they bring it to your table. The free chai is a nice bonus.

The aloo tikki chaat here is solid. But what I really liked was the vibe—the old Bollywood posters and music playing made it feel like a real neighborhood spot, not just another takeout place.

The prime rib in their French Dip was so tender. Really appreciated how fresh the ingredients tasted, especially the jus - it had a nice depth of flavor without being overly salty. A solid choice for a satisfying, yet not too heavy, lunch.

The burnt almond cake is a standout. Moist, with a nice crunch from the almonds. Their red velvet latte is a fun twist. Monday morning was the perfect quiet time to enjoy it all.

Been coming here for years. German always handles our big group with ease. It's the consistency that keeps me coming back - he remembers our regular orders and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

Nice neighborhood spot. The service was friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant evening. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, definitely feels like a local favorite. A solid choice for a low-key dinner.

Been coming here for years. Their pineapple fried rice is the real deal, not too sweet, with nice chunks of pineapple. A solid choice when you want something familiar but done right.

Solid quick lunch spot. The podi dosa was crispy and flavorful. Appreciate the Jain-friendly sambar option (no onion/garlic). Got my order in under 10 minutes, which is perfect for a workday break.

This place is a reliable choice for straightforward Mediterranean food. The pita always comes out warm, which is a nice touch. The hummus is good, and the salads taste consistently fresh. It's a comfortable spot for a simple, satisfying meal.

First time here and that carnitas tostada was a real find. The carnitas were super crispy, and the Cotija cheese crumbled just right. Good portion for the price, too.

The menudo at the back counter is a weekend must. Got there at 11 and it was already half gone. Rich, hearty, just hits the spot. Worth setting an alarm for.
