Steak and ale pie was decent. But the venison pie... that one really hit the spot. Perfectly seasoned, proper comfort food on a cold day. That&#39;s the one to get.

It was obvious that we would have to wait  with only 3 staff dealing the bar, restaurant etc.The number of staff left to cope was not good, but those that were there were very good.I suggest you employ more staff to avoid damaging your very good reputation
