The mixed kebab was good, but the hummus really stood out. So creamy and aromatic, with a lovely depth of flavour from the tahini. Just a really nice, simple plate.

Great spot for a catch-up with mates. Just drinks, no food, but the vibe is right for a chilled evening.

Popped in for a drink and ended up staying for dinner. Dominic was really on it even though the place was packed. The rum cocktail was spot on, and the jerk chicken had a proper kick to it. Solid spot.

Seated our group of 6 quickly, even though we showed up without a booking. Staff were really helpful getting us sorted. Perfect for a quick lunch when you're in a rush.

Cosy spot, good wine list. Staff were nice. But for the price, the portions felt a bit on the small side. I left still feeling a bit peckish, which was a shame.

The curry goat was so tender it fell off the bone. Exactly what I needed after a long day. Flavour was spot on, really hit the spot. Portion was decent too.

Had a celebration in their function room. The buffet was the highlight - really liked the mix of hot and cold dishes, everything was kept fresh. Staff were on it, clearing plates quickly. The space itself was nicely decorated.

Nice spot right in the centre of Doncaster. The lounge area is welcoming and the staff were friendly. We had the Sunday roast, the beef was cooked just right, really tender. The only thing was the Yorkshire pudding was a bit dry. Still, a solid meal.

The sirloin was cooked rare just how I like it, really tender. The peppercorn sauce was a nice touch. The place itself has a cosy, rustic vibe with lots of wood and warm lighting.

Portions here are generous for the price. Ordered the pad thai and green curry, both came out in big bowls. Left with a takeaway box, which is always a good sign for me. The menu is huge, so you can definitely find something.

Stopped in for the champagne breakfast. Portions were just right, and the food was cooked perfectly. A nice way to start the day.

Had a quick lunch meeting here. Joanne and the team handled it well, kept things moving. Food came out fast, which was perfect. Got the chicken sandwich, decent portion. Good spot for a no-fuss bite.

Love the beer garden here. It's so spacious and well-maintained, really nice for a chilled pint. The outdoor bar is always well-stocked, which is a plus. Just a really pleasant spot to unwind.

Great spot for a pint after work. The real ales are always fresh, and the staff are quick and friendly. Atmosphere is relaxed. Prices are reasonable for the area.

The staff were so helpful ordering via WhatsApp. They even suggested a set menu that was perfect for my budget. Made the whole process really easy and stress-free.

Been coming here for a quiet pint after work for a few months now. Staff always remember my usual order, which is a nice touch. It’s that kind of reliable, friendly local you don’t find everywhere.

The moussaka here tasted so fresh. You could tell the eggplant and lamb were really good quality. It had that simple, home-cooked feel. A lovely, honest meal.

Such a warm and cosy place. I love that you can actually hear each other talk here - the noise level is just right. The lighting is soft and the whole vibe is really welcoming.

The gluten-free pizza here is a standout. The crust had a proper chew and crisp edge, not that dry, crumbly texture you often get. They've got a lot of GF choices on the menu, which is good to see. This pizza was easily one of the better ones I've had.

The portions are generous, which I appreciate. But what really stood out was how fresh the ingredients tasted. You can tell the vegetables are sourced well. It makes the meal feel wholesome. A bit pricey, but you're paying for that quality.

The recent refurbishment is lovely, very comfortable seating. Service was friendly and attentive, which made for a relaxed lunch. The food was delicious, we even managed a pudding. A very pleasant spot.

Decent spot for a quick lunch. Plenty of space inside, wasn't crowded at all. Noticed a small play area for kids too, handy if you're with little ones. Food came out fast, which is what I needed.

Lovely afternoon in their big beer garden with friends. The staff were really friendly. I just wish there were a few more fresh, healthy snack options on the menu to go with the drinks.

The buffet was the real star of our celebration. So many fresh options, and the dessert selection was a proper treat. The staff were lovely, really attentive without being overbearing. Made the whole thing feel relaxed.

The monthly cabaret lunch is a steal at a tenner. Had the roast chicken, which was decent. The real star was the house red they suggested - it really worked with the food and the lively vibe. Fun to see people getting up to dance between courses.

Service was really nice and friendly, even on a busy night. Felt well looked after without being rushed.

Been coming here for years, and the staff always makes you feel welcome. They remembered it was my daughter's birthday and brought out a little dessert plate on the house. That kind of thoughtful touch keeps us coming back.
