Found this cute spot in Buxton. The full English was spot on, and the giant pot of tea was perfect for sharing with my mates.

Been coming here for years. Their coffee selection is always on point, and they brew it just right every single time. That's what keeps me coming back – you know exactly what you're getting.

Had a couple of meals here. The food was tasty and decent value. But the best part was how welcome they made our dog feel. A real plus.

The full English was spot on - quality ingredients and not greasy. What really made it was the house bloody mary they suggested. A bit of a wait for a table, but the drink pairing was thoughtful. Solid, hearty feed.

The lamb and new potato pie was the star. Proper homemade pastry, rich filling. A solid 20-minute walk from our hotel, but no regrets.

Solid pizza and a decent beer list. What really stood out for me was the lighting - it's just right, not too dim or harsh. Felt relaxed the whole time.

Lovely spot for a weekend brunch with friends! The breakfast was really good, especially the avocado toast. The terrace is dog-friendly, which is a nice touch. Service was a bit slow though, but we weren't in a rush.

Lovely little spot. The poached eggs in the sweet hash were cooked just right, and the halloumi tasted so fresh. A nice, simple brunch.

The tomahawk for two was cooked just right, juicy and flavourful. The sides it came with were a nice touch, made it feel like a proper meal. Could have used a bit more seasoning on the steak itself, but the meat quality was solid.

Ordered the mixed grill for two. Portions are huge, had leftovers to take home. Meat quality was good, tasted fresh. Good value for the amount you get.

Had a lovely time painting my own plate here. The process took a bit longer than I expected, but the staff were very patient. Really appreciate that they use non-toxic, food-safe glazes. Can't wait to see how my design turns out after firing!

Convenient spot on Oxford Road, easy to find near campus. Had the chicken burger for a quick lunch. The patty was juicy, but the bun got a bit soggy on one side. Fine for a quick bite if you're in the area.

What a great early evening meal we have had today, fantastic ambience, our Italian waiter was brilliant and attentive, the food was spot on, all in all five stars all round, Steve

Restaurant in The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel

Been coming here for years. Their gluten-free options are always clearly marked, which is a huge relief for my partner.

The drinks at this restaurant are amazing! The barman is very creative and can tailor drinks to your taste. The ambiance is perfect for relaxing after a busy day, making it a great spot to unwind.

The steak was cooked just right. A decent cut, and probably one of the better ones around here. The sides were fine, though a little basic.

Nice spot in the city centre. Perfect for a quick bite. Had the chicken sandwich, came out fast and was decent. Good for when you're in a rush. 👍

Jordan's food is reliably solid. The chicken schnitzel is always crisp, not greasy. Portion's decent for the price. It's my go-to for a quick, no-fuss bite.

Rachel and Thomas were so nice. They took time to explain the menu, checked on us just the right amount, and even remembered my partner's name. That kind of personal touch makes a big difference.

The French toast is decadent, a real treat. But the portion is massive, almost too much for one. Shared it with my partner and it was perfect. Their house coffee was a surprisingly good match, cut through the richness nicely.

Always busy but they keep things moving. Perfect for a quick catch-up with friends!

Lovely meal and a very good effort from the team. They were all working hard especially the young lady and could have benefited from at least another pair of hands on the restaurant floor.

The veggie breakfast was spot on. The space itself feels so airy and light, especially by the big windows. Just a really nice, calm spot to start the day.
