Been ordering from here for years. The lamb bhuna is my usual. Always comes hot, proper fresh. Got it again last night, delivered in about half an hour. Can't fault it.

Popped in after shopping. Been a few times now, always find the staff friendly and professional. They remembered to ask about allergies again, which I appreciate.

Lovely spot with a view of the monument. The outdoor seating is clean and they're dog-friendly, which is a nice touch. Just a bit breezy out there today.

Food was super tasty, service was quick and friendly. Portions were decent for the price, definitely felt like I got my money's worth. Wish it wasn't such a drive from my place.

Grabbed the eggs benedict with haggis and black pudding for a quick breakfast. Portions were huge, couldn't finish it all. Got me through the morning just fine. Solid spot for a fast, filling bite.

Cosy spot with a relaxed vibe. The wine list had a few nice surprises for a casual lunch.

The Neapolitan pizza was spot on. What really stood out for me was the freshness of the ingredients. The tomato sauce tasted so bright and vibrant, you could tell it was made with really ripe tomatoes. The dough had a lovely, airy chew to it. Just a really clean, simple meal.

Lovely little spot. The menu changes every few weeks, so there's always something new to try. Had a really nice sea bass dish last time, perfectly cooked. Keeps me coming back!

I had an incredible experience at Heron! The attention to detail in both the food and service is remarkable. Every course was a highlight, and I can't wait to return for another tasting menu.

Tried the tamarind and coconut ribs on my first visit. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, and the sauce had a nice balance of sweet and tangy. The coconut flavour was subtle but came through. A solid dish.

The set menu is a solid deal. My favourite was the pork belly with lentils - so tender, and those grilled spring onions gave it a lovely smoky flavour. The prawn starter was tasty, just a little on the small side. Perfect for a relaxed catch-up with friends.

Been coming here for years, and what keeps me coming back is that unique French-Scottish vibe. It’s just consistent. The team really knows their stuff when it comes to the menu, you can tell they care.

The seafood specials were decent, but the portion sizes could be a bit more generous for the price.

The pork adobo here is a family recipe, and it really does taste like home cooking. One of the best plates I've had in ages. Just a really comforting, standout dish.

Loved the vibe here for a catch-up with mates. So much space and natural light, felt really relaxed. The spritz was a bit average, and service wasn’t the quickest, but the food was tasty. Good spot for a long lunch.

Staff were lovely even on a packed Saturday. They kept their cool, which was impressive given the rush. My main was a bit slow, but they checked in and were genuinely apologetic.

Been coming here for years, and that lamb dish is the reason. It’s always perfectly spiced, never overpowering. Just a really solid, flavourful plate. Keeps me coming back.

Stopped in for brunch. The eggs Benedict was pretty good, and the mushroom hash was a decent portion. Service was friendly, though it got a bit slow as the place filled up.

Disappointing hotel breakfast led me here. Haggis toastie was good, staff were friendly. Convenient location for a quick bite.

Popped in for a quick bite. The fish and chips were solid, classic pub fare. But that sticky toffee pudding… wow. Warm, rich, and not too sweet. The vibe here is just right for a casual evening.

The homemade burger is a real standout. Fresh, crunchy toppings and you can tell they put a lot of effort into it. Great deal before 4pm with the free fries.

Came here for a quick lunch. The place is spotless and they have seating inside. I got the chicken rice bowl, and honestly, the portion was a bit small for the price. Felt a little hungry after.

Nice spot for a relaxed lunch. The menu had plenty of options, and my food arrived quickly. The booth seating was really comfortable, which made the whole experience very pleasant.

Food was really tasty, especially the lamb biryani. Staff were friendly and it's halal, which is great. A bit on the pricier side, but I'll be back.

First time here and loved the vibe. The building has so much history, you can feel it in the old wooden floors and the quirky layout. A proper local spot.

Solid Chinese spot, real deal. The mapo tofu had that proper kick. Found a decent local lager that cut through the spice nicely. Staff were friendly, bit of a wait on a busy night though.

Incredible tofu. Seriously. Had the mapo tofu, spicy but not overwhelming. Perfect texture. Great vegan option. Quick service too.

Stopped by for lunch. That fish pie is huge, could easily feed two. The view across the water was lovely. Staff were friendly.

First time here, the sandwich was spot on. The wine list had some nice options to go with it.
