Open-air mountain restaurant with panoramic city views

I have been to this place several times and must say the ambience and view of Cebu city lights is refreshing and breathtaking. The food is also commendable.

Food was excellent. Had the coconut shrimp, it was heaven on earth. The serving was little compared to price, but still affordable. The view was magnificent, a bit cold.

Terrazas de Flores Botanical Gardens...is a stunning hillside garden located in Malubog on Transcentral Hwy in Cebu, with a variety of colorful natural beauties, the terrace gardens are filled with many blooming flowers, and a stroll through the terraces is an invigorating walk despite the picturesque valley views, making your trip even more enjoyable, after the winding mountain drive from Cebu City...Having lunch at Terrazas de Flores Cafe overlooking the surrounding gardens is totally worth the trip

Recommend their home made tofu and the boneless chicken in lemon sauce. The food was great, all delicious, the customer service was great, thumbs up to Erickson who was so patient and attentive to us.

The view from this restaurant is absolutely stunning, making it a perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a special occasion.

I had a wonderful dining experience with excellent service from Lyn and Jessa. The food was top-notch, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting.

The drive up the mountain is great until you turn off onto an unpaved road. We went at night and it was foggy so the last mile was sketchy. Probably better to go for sunset, but the view of the city lights was absolutely worth it. Everything we ordered was great and the mango fruit shakes were so good we ordered more to take with us.

We rented a car from airport, which made traveling around Cebu very convenient and flexible and last one day used taxis

🍜 Local Cuisine
Tried local street food seafood, in Moalboal there are so many places you can find easily pastas and other food by your own taste. We tested in many places and all were great 

🏠 Accommodation 
Hotel Elizabeth was best choice in Cebu city, in Moalboal it was hard to find but we found small hotel for 3 days

Start early for waterfalls, bring cash, wear water shoes, and don’t miss the sunrise views!

アクセスはタクシーやバイクを利用し、渋滞を避けるためにも早めの出発をおすすめします。おすすめのメニューは、シーフードやトリュフ風味のパスタ、人気のシシグライスなど多彩で、どれも絶品。特に「焼きエビとシトラスのサラダ」や「カラマレス」は、風味豊かで食べ応え抜群です。  

店内は開放感があり、落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったり過ごせます。夜風が心地よく、地元の人々にも愛されるレストランなので、予約して訪れる価値ありです。ドレスコードは特に厳しくないものの、山頂ならではの気温の差に備えて軽い羽織りものを持参するのがベター。

Food is delicious with a good variety of local cuisines and drinks. Servers are attentive and approachable. Its located quite a distance from the city and a half day visit with Temple of Leah and other attractions in the area is recommended. Price is on the expensive side, but worth it given the prime location and amazing view of Cebu cityscape. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance - we arrived early and could request for seating by the balcony.

We had a great Family night dinner at this restaurant. The Food is great, Price just right, superb ambience and the location seeing the entire metropolitan Cebu is a view worth seeing for-- would give 4/5.

Just bring along your jackets or comfy stylish scarves to beat the cold ❄️🥶 and freezing winds at night.. it's we fail to bring.

Definitely one of the best restaurants to recommend.
