Came here for the omakase and honestly it’s one of the few spots in PP that feels proper high-end. Staff actually walked me through the dress code before coming and explained every dish as they served it. That kind of attention stands out. View from the place is killer too. Pricey but you’re paying for the whole experience.

Been coming here for a while now. The almond croissant is always solid, even late in the day. That's why I keep going back.

Solid spot in Toul Kork for lunch. Menu's got enough variety and quality stays consistent. Slightly pricey compared to nearby places, but you get what you pay for.

Food was good, no complaints there. Just wish they'd told us about the cash-only thing before we ate. Kind of annoying to deal with at the end.

The gyoza were solid—crispy bottoms, juicy filling. Broth ran a bit salty for my taste, but a cold beer sorted that out. Place was clean, though it warmed up inside pretty quick.

Been coming here for a while now. The lunch buffet is still my go-to when I want Khmer food without overthinking it. Place stays clean, staff leaves you alone, which I appreciate. Price is fair for how much you can pile on your plate. Not the most mind-blowing food in town, but it's consistent. That's why I keep coming back.

Nesat Seafood House never disappoints me. Great prices, delicious food, and a beautiful ambiance.

The avocado smoothie here is solid, thick and not too sweet. I grabbed a semi-private room to get some work done, quiet enough even with people around. Order came out fast, under 10 minutes for sure. Good spot if you just need to sit with your laptop for a while.

Been coming here for a while now. That green mango with smoked fish salad still gets me every time—$2 and they don't skimp on the fish. Free rice and iced tea on the side, which is a nice touch. Place gets busy around noon, but it's worth squeezing in. Just wish they'd open earlier on Sundays.

Been here a few times now, always hit the rooftop pool after work. $10 minimum on food or drinks is fair, and the view of the Independence Monument never gets old. Food's been consistent each visit, which is why I keep coming back. Solid spot.

The nasi goreng was solid, lots of flavor. Noodles were a bit undercooked for my liking though. Can't complain much for the price.

Stopped by for a drink, place was pretty quiet cause of the renovations. Pool table's decent though, and the location is handy. Bit chaotic but that's part of the charm I guess.

Went for the weekend dessert buffet and the view from the top is really something. Ice cream and drinks were decent, nothing crazy but fine for chilling out. The price though—kinda steep for what you get, especially if you're not a big dessert person. I'd say come for the scenery, not the food. One plate of sweets and a drink and I was already thinking about whether it was worth it.

This cafe has a diverse selection of drinks and sweets, although the prices may be higher than what locals expect, the quality justifies it.

The private room was nice and we could watch the chef cook. Lobster and scallops tasted fresh. Fried rice at the end was good too. Just wish they gave more of it.
