We had just arrived in Ascoli Picena, so checked out the restaurant reviews on Trip Advisor and picked Dicaduca as I could book online. So glad I did. The food was excellent with the amazing fried stuffed olives followed by a medley of cooked vegetables. We both had the torfie pasta after, which was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly and we never felt rushed. The place was buzzing with couples, families and groups of friends. Highly recommend going there.

The recipe's been the same for 60 years. You can taste that history, especially in the pasta sauce. It has this deep, slow-cooked flavor you don't find much anymore. A real piece of the past on a plate.
