Came for dinner and the lamb was done really well. Pistachio dessert was a nice way to end things. Staff knew their wine list, which I appreciated. Place was a bit quiet for a Saturday, but that's fine. Decent meal overall, nothing over the top.

Came here with a couple of friends on a random weekday evening. The beef cheeks were super tender, and the struklji on the side were honestly the highlight for me. Place has that proper countryside vibe, not trying too hard to be fancy. We stayed longer than planned just chatting. Only thing is it’s a bit out of the way, but worth the short drive. 😊

The 4-course menu was solid, especially the veal and that modern kremšnita twist. Just don't come starving, it's proper slow food 😅

Stopped by for a quick lunch and honestly the salad was the highlight. Tasted super fresh, like straight from someone's garden. Place itself is calm and not crowded, tables are far enough apart that you don't hear other people's convos. Good spot if you wanna chill and eat without rush. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger for the price.

The tasting menu hit hard with bold flavors, though things slowed down a bit after the surf-and-turf. Solid meal inside that castle setting.

Rooms were clean and spacious, staff helpful. Breakfast was decent, plenty of options. Location worked well for getting into town. Only minor thing, restaurant vegetarian choices were a bit limited.

The location inside Tivoli Park is hard to beat, and parking was easy. We were a bigger group and they managed it well, no chaos. I liked that I could just sit back and not worry about anything. Service was friendly and quick enough. A solid spot if you want a relaxed meal without fuss.

The tom yum and Indonesian salad were solid starters—that soup had just the right kick. Red curry with chicken was nicely spiced too. Only thing: prawns came with shells on, bit messy to deal with. Still, good spot for upscale Thai in the city.

The Idrian dumplings with cream sauce and bacon were the real deal—soft, filling, and exactly what I needed after walking around the old town. Staff actually seemed happy to explain the menu, which I appreciated. Place was busy but not chaotic. Only thing is the portions are pretty generous, so come hungry. Would go back just for those dumplings again.

The barista talked me into trying a Brazilian bean in my cappuccino and honestly the milk texture was spot on. Fair price for what you get, plus it's right by the funicular.

Been coming here for a while now. The meat dishes are consistently good, never had a bad one. Garden setting is nice and quiet too.

Stopped by for dinner at the hotel restaurant. Place was pretty loud, took a while to get served. But the frog legs were actually done well, not overcooked or anything. Solid if you're already staying here, wouldn't go out of my way for it though.

Stumbled onto this place while wandering the old town. Got the beef tartare with bone marrow — that combo really works. Meat menu in general looks solid. Staff spoke English fine, which helped since my Slovenian is basically nonexistent. Cozy vibe inside, nothing fancy but comfortable. Would go back to try the other stuff.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and ordered the lamb korma plus garlic naan. Portion was solid for the price, honestly. The lamb was tender, sauce mild but flavorful. Chicken tikka masala had more heat, which I liked. Naan was decent, nothing crazy. Bill came out fair for what you get. Would eat here again if I'm nearby.

Stopped by for a quick lunch — staff were genuinely nice, not that fake over-the-top kind. Food was solid, nothing mind-blowing but decent. Had the grilled chicken, came out juicy and well-seasoned. Place got a bit noisy around noon though. Fine spot if you're in the area and don't want to overthink where to eat.

Went for lunch, food was solid. Got the grilled sea bass, skin crispy, flesh still moist. Service friendly enough, nothing to complain about. But the spot itself is weird—sandwiched between a mall and a Subway. Feels like it belongs downtown, not here. Would be a different vibe with more foot traffic.

The wellness package for two was really nice—warm and private, felt like our own little bubble. Great spot to just switch off for a bit. 🌿

The lemon noodles with shrimp were really good — homemade pasta done right. Panna cotta was a nice finish too. Would come back for that dish alone.

Came here with a few friends last week. Bowling lanes are solid, ball returns are quick, machines are new. Staff was friendly enough. The lounge area is decent if you're organizing something with a group. Food's just okay though, menu's pretty limited. Fine for a casual evening, not somewhere I'd go out of my way for.

Came here twice while we were in town. The wine list is solid if you want to try local Slovenian stuff — the waitress knew her stuff and didn't rush us. Outdoor seating by the river is nice, but honestly the portions felt a bit small for what you pay. Good for a glass and a snack, not a full meal.

Been coming here for a while now. The vegan options keep me coming back, honestly. Had the chicken wrap last time, decent size for the price. Place gets packed around noon though, so expect a bit of a wait. Still, consistent every time, which is more than I can say for most spots around here.

Food was good and the price felt fair. Service was a bit uneven though—one waiter was lovely, the other seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Pizza was decent, came out fast. Garden seating is nice if you can grab a spot. Menu's huge, something for everyone. Staff didn't mess around, got me in and out. Fine for a bite, nothing fancy.

Good burgers, really juicy and cooked just right. Fries were a bit hit or miss, one batch too salty. Still, a decent spot for a relaxed bite.

Good spot for a game and a cold beer. Burger was solid, nothing crazy but hit the spot. Place got pretty loud later on.

The lunch set at €18 is a solid deal. Fried duck leg was tender, brownie with berries finished it nicely. Service quick and friendly. Old town spot's easy to find.

Came here for a quiet lunch and ordered the daily menu. The vegetables tasted properly fresh, not the usual sad lunch-break stuff. Portion was decent for the price. Only thing—the place got a bit warm inside by the time I finished. Still, a solid spot if you want something light and not heavy.

The kremna rezina was solid—creamy, flaky, not too sweet. Grabbed a coffee and sat by the river, pretty nice way to kill an hour. Service was fine, nothing special.

Been coming here for years. Pizza's on the smaller side but always hits the spot. Love that they keep the old-school vibe going—feels like stepping back in time every single visit.

The salads are seriously big and the ingredients always taste fresh. Love that they throw in those baked pizza dough pieces on the side. Prices are fair for what you get.
