I was under the impression that there was a separate restaurant AGUA not just the normal one for hotel guests!  Chef was concentrating on producing food for a small function therefore all service for drinks , food and wine was poor throughout. Our meal was small, overcooked and rushed. Really disappointing and would not recommend.

We received a warm welcome and the service as well as the food were excellent. You also have a nice view of the city of Ostuni and there is parking adjacent to the restaurant. We had a very pleasant stay.

The portions here are generous for the price. In the city center, that&#39;s a nice surprise. My pasta was a huge plate, could barely finish it. Good for when you&#39;re really hungry.

Panzerotti are fried fresh and not greasy. The Nutella and pistachio dessert version was a highlight.

Had the seafood pasta for lunch. Generous portion, fresh ingredients. Service was prompt, got my order in 15 minutes. Good spot for a quick business meal near the office. A bit noisy, but expected for the lunch rush.

One of the best meals we have had in Puglia. Great food, fantastic service, sophisticated atmosphere. Could not fault this restaurant.

This place is always packed with locals, which says a lot. You pick from the trays, so no language barrier. I got a full plate of rice, veggies, and a chicken curry for under &euro;10. The portion was huge, easily enough for two meals. Honestly, for the price, you can&#39;t go wrong.

Just another great Monopoli dinner here, last night.The service was terrific, perfectly timed without rushing us or making us wait.  Her recommendations were fantastic.The restaurant is in what I could best describe as an ancient stone cave but with really high ceilings.  This is good.  It was huge, bright and effectively divided so as to not to make one feel crammed in.  AAA for atmosphere.The food was perfect in every way.

The food was very good! I got octopus and it was soo big! And so good cooked! The aperitif was also very generous and extremely tasty&hellip; it is definitely a place i would return to!

Love the historic vibe here. The exposed brick and warm lighting make it feel cozy, not stuffy. Had the house appetizer and a couple of their meat dishes&mdash;really solid. Just a nice, relaxed spot for a good meal.

The pizza selection is solid, and the price is right. I appreciated how the staff handled my request to swap a topping. They even suggested a local red wine that paired nicely with the pepperoni. A relaxed spot for a casual bite.
