Came back for the beef rendang. The meat just falls apart, and that gravy is something else – rich, a bit spicy, really deep flavour. Worth the trip just for that one dish. Portion's good for the price, too.

The vibe here is just right. They make the coffee while you wait, and you can smell it brewing. It’s a simple thing, but it feels nice.

Popped in before catching my train. Had the grilled sea bass with lemon butter. Fish was cooked just right, skin nice and crisp. The sauce was a bit too rich for my taste, but the veg on the side was fresh and well-seasoned. Decent spot for a quick, proper meal.

Popped in after a long walk. The bacon baguette hit the spot – really good, thick-cut bacon on a soft roll. Staff were lovely. The house red they suggested was a solid match for the salty bacon, just what I needed. A very welcome pit stop.

A solid spot for halal food. The grilled chicken sandwiches were really good, kids loved them. The staff were so nice, even gave the little ones free marshmallows.

Decent takeaway. The sweet and sour chicken was pretty good, and the fried duck with mushrooms was fine. The place is spotlessly clean, which is a plus. Staff were helpful and spoke English.

The booths are so comfortable, and the service is friendly. It's a nice, relaxed place for a good burger.

Really nice staff. They were totally fine with us bringing in fish and chips from next door, even gave us proper plates and cutlery. Made it feel relaxed, like you could just do your own thing.

The gyros are a proper hangover cure, and the portions are huge. What really stood out was the vibe – it’s a simple, no-frills spot, but the space feels bright and relaxed. The waitress was lovely, too.

Bottomless brunch was a fun vibe. I really appreciated the fresh fruit and greens in the salad bar – the ingredients tasted crisp and well-sourced. The staff kept things lively, though the music got a bit loud for a relaxed chat.

The hanging kebab was a fun presentation. I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients tasted.

The cocktail menu really caught my eye. I tried the 'Garden Spritz' – it was so pretty and balanced, with fresh herbs. Really lifted the whole dinner.

Service was spot on when we had a hiccup with our order. Really appreciated how they handled it.

We were welcomed with a big greeting as always, the service is great you don't wait very long before they take your order. And they help you if you're not sure what is what. The food is great and nice and hot .

As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised by the menu options. The kale and tahini salad was fresh and had a nice kick to it. Portion was decent too.

Busy Sunday brunch spot. Their Scottish eggs are spot on - perfectly runny yolk, crisp sausage. The breakfast brioche was good, but the banana bread with bacon was the real star. Sweet, salty, and just the right amount of greasy. A solid find.

Portions are generous for the price. Left feeling satisfied without overspending.

Been coming here for years. The Sunday roast is always spot on, and that view over the bay never gets old. It's the consistency that keeps me coming back. Andreas and Alex always make sure you're looked after.

The staff were so good with our big group, got us all settled in without any fuss. It was actually a pretty relaxing dinner, which can be rare with a crowd.

The king prawns and T-bone were spot on. It's the kind of place where you can just settle in for a proper meal without any fuss. The lighting is warm and the chairs are actually comfortable, which is a nice change.

Chef and host are so friendly. Felt like a local spot. Warm, cozy vibe. Just a nice, simple dinner.

Menu has solid options. The student and family deals are a plus. Portions are decent, didn't feel overpriced. Good spot for a straightforward meal.

The allergy protocols here are solid. Separate servers, dedicated utensils, even a different colored plate for my order. You can tell they've trained for it. Felt completely at ease.

The tasting menu was a real journey. Each plate was like a tiny piece of art, especially the bass—it just melted. A lovely, thoughtful evening.

Lunch menu's a steal. Got the pasta special, portion was huge. Garlic bread on the house was a nice surprise. Couldn't finish it all. Solid spot for a midday feed.

I had a fabulous afternoon tea at The Ivy, where the food was delightful and the staff were fantastic. The chocolate cake served in a plant pot was a fun surprise, and the desserts were simply delicious. A truly wonderful experience!

The food here is amazing and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a good meal without breaking the bank.

Some of the best Thai food in Europe! Menu had a great variety. Food was amazing. Service was fast and friendly. Would definitely eat here again. Highly recommend!
