The guy making my sub was really focused. He took his time layering everything just right, even asked if I wanted extra pickles. You don&#39;t see that kind of care much anymore. Made a simple lunch feel a bit more special.

The katsu curry was tasty, but the portion felt a bit small for the price. It&#39;s a clean spot, but I left still a little hungry.

The half chicken from the lunch menu is really good, cooked on a BBQ with lovely spices. The salad with the homemade spicy mayo is a nice touch. Staff were friendly, and the booth seating was quite comfortable.

Parking was a bit of a hunt on a Friday evening. Had to circle the block twice before finding a spot a few streets over. Not a huge deal, but something to factor in if you&#39;re on a tight schedule.

Loved the chili fried idly they recommended! It had this amazing crispy texture with the spiced chutney. Service was super quick and friendly. Found loads of veggie options on the menu too, which was a nice surprise.

The complimentary lentil soup with the full breakfast is a nice touch. Good flavour, sets it apart.

Nice spot by the river, feels like a chilled-out European bistro. We grabbed a table on the terrace overlooking the footbridge, which was lovely in the sun. My steak frites was cooked just right, though the portion felt a bit small for the price. Still, a pleasant way to spend an afternoon.

Service was on point from start to finish. They remembered our drink order, checked in without hovering. That kind of attention is rare. Made the whole evening smooth.

Arrived early and the restaurant was  very busy, but within 5minutes were where taken and showed to our table. we were asked if the area was okay and also if we were allergic to any ingredients, and informed that our waiter was called Nia. About 5minutes Nia arrived and again asked if were were allergic to any ingredients, then asked if we were ready to order, otherwise she would give us more time. She took our order, and delivered our drinks and my starter. The Prawn Cocktail that I had was exactly as I liked it and after eating it, we went and got our roast meals. Overhaul the food and drinks were perfect, the lady who showed us to our table came and checked to see if everything was fine, which it was. Nia, the lady who took our order and brought my Prawn Cocktail plus drinkswas charming and very helpful as was the other lady with short hair who took us to our table. Please convey our thanks to both of them, we have been many times before and always have never been disappointed there.

Came in for a quick treat and the warm chocolate lava cake totally hit the spot. The gooey centre was just right, not too sweet. Service was super quick too, which was nice when you&#39;re craving something sweet in a hurry.

Came for the meat platter. It&#39;s huge! The lamb and chicken were really tender, and the pitta bread was warm and fluffy. The salad and tzatziki were a nice fresh touch. Honestly, two of us couldn&#39;t finish it &ndash; could easily feed four. Good value for the money.

Really nice staff, super friendly and attentive. Felt totally welcome even though we rolled in straight from a hike in our gear. Professional but still warm, which was a nice touch.

A genuinely dog-friendly place, and the staff were lovely. The wine list had some nice, approachable options to pair with a casual lunch.

Olya was really nice and helpful with her suggestions. We shared the seafood platter, it was lovely. Just a nice, relaxed meal.

The steak was cooked exactly as I asked, which I appreciate. The curry and mac and cheese were both solid. A good, straightforward meal.

Hannah and Dave have put together such a cosy, quirky little spot. It genuinely feels like you&#39;re over at a favourite relative&#39;s house for dinner. The whole vibe is just really warm and welcoming.

Quiz night with the live band was a blast. The vibe was spot on. My usual pizza, the spicy salami, still hit the mark &ndash; crispy base, good quality pepperoni. A solid Wednesday night out.

Service was friendly and attentive, even when they were quite busy with a few large tables. They were accommodating, which made for a pleasant evening. The only slight downside was a bit of a wait for the bill, but it was fine overall.

Dahi puri was the highlight, really fresh and tangy. The manager suggested it, spot on. Desserts were nice too, a good end to the meal with friends.

Nice bakery near the Roman sites. The staff were really friendly and had a good sense of humour, which made the whole lunch feel very relaxed.

Turkish eggs were tasty, the ginger tea was lovely. But the tables are a bit too close together, felt like I was sharing my neighbour&#39;s conversation.
