The smashed patty with the crispy edge was spot on. For the price, I&#39;d expect a bit more than just the burger though.

Really buzzing spot, packed with locals which I love. The staff were so friendly, made us feel right at home. Perfect for a casual catch-up with friends. Just a bit loud for deep chats, but the energy was great.

Lovely spot for coffee and cake after a lakeside walk. The atmosphere is very cozy. I appreciated that the cake wasn&#39;t overly sweet, and you could really taste the fresh berries. A nice, simple treat.

Good local pub. Plenty of pool tables and the sports are always on. Dot poured me a cracking pint, one of the best I&#39;ve had in ages. Just a solid, reliable spot for a quiet pint after work.

Loved the Queen Victoria theme here! The decor is so charming, really gives the place its own character. Spotted so many little details in the wallpaper and old portraits. Staff were lovely too.

The portions here are huge for what you pay. Everything comes out fresh and hot, the flavours are really bold. Just a heads up, the tables are a bit close together, so it can feel a bit snug.

The sushi here is pretty good, fresh and nicely presented. I was pleasantly surprised by their vegan Peking duck, it&rsquo;s a decent take on the classic. The place was a bit warm though.

The coffee was a standout. Really smooth and rich, not bitter at all. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, with great music. The food looked amazing with all the bright colours, and it tasted just as good. A lovely spot.
