Tacking Point Tavern

Staff were very accomodating and lovely for my birthday, presented the cake beautifully! Drinks were good, food, particularly wedges, were awesome. Great place for a bday celebration!

Great place to have a good meal and a few drinks with family/friends. Love trivia night. A little on the pricey side though, so we don't visit too often. Considering there isn't a view, it's been well thought out to provide great ambiance in multiple areas.

The bar staff were amazing. Food was really good and came in a reasonable time. Wait staff seriously let the place down by not clearing our table after we had finished our meals, even after half the table went home. We noticed other tables with no people on them and dirty plates or the plates were cleared but the tables not wiped down. It was the only thing that let this place down tonight. We saw waitstaff continuously walking back to the kitchen empty handed past tables that needed to be cleared or cleaned. It shows lack of training or poor shift management or both. We love coming to TPT but this was really sad to see. At one point 4 staff members were standing at the staff station near kitchen just chatting for about 5 minutes. Working in retail for over 30 years I know if u have time to chat u have time to clean something. Fingers crossed this is addressed and improved. It’s such a great venue!

We love going to the tavern but our meal took an hour to be served, longer than usual.Just disappointing as we are regulars. Maybe next time ,I ordered the risotto and was not enough.The burger was fine.

The food was quite good and the service was excellent. Definitely our favorite pub
