Nice spot near the castle. Roadworks outside, but quiet inside. Had a hot chocolate and a pastry. Good for a quick break.

The white chocolate mocha here is lovely. I really appreciate that they use a good quality white chocolate, you can taste the difference. It's not overly sweet, which I prefer. A nice treat that feels a little more considered.

Stopped in for a coffee. The back room is nice, feels like a cosy sitting room with a fireplace. Good spot to just sit for a while. Coffee was alright, nothing special.

Just visiting the area and found this place. The lamb shank was so tender it fell right off the bone, and the price was a nice surprise. Wish I lived closer, I'd be here all the time.

Queue moved fast even when packed. Staff were still pleasant, which is nice when you're just grabbing a quick bite.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. They didn't mind at all when I asked about a dairy-free option for the main course, and their suggestion for a starter was spot on. Made the whole evening much easier.

Been coming here for years, and the sports bar area is always spot on. TVs everywhere, friendly crowd. Parking's a bit tight, but that's the only gripe.

The craft beer selection is solid. I had the burger and really appreciated how fresh the ingredients tasted. The patty was juicy, and the bun was soft. Service was a bit slow when ordering, but the food quality made up for it.

The staff are so lovely here, really friendly and helpful. They even brought water for my friend's dog! Food was tasty, prices are decent. It does get busy though, maybe book ahead if you're in a group.

Family-run place, you can feel the care. The service was so warm and attentive, it made the whole evening. Just a really nice vibe.

They're really good with gluten allergies. My friend felt safe ordering here. The staff double-checked everything for us. Service was spot-on, no fuss.

The black bean beef was spot on, really fresh. Had a lovely glass of red with it that cut through the richness nicely. The place has a good, relaxed vibe.

Came back for the beef rendang. The meat just falls apart, and that gravy is something else – rich, a bit spicy, really deep flavour. Worth the trip just for that one dish. Portion's good for the price, too.

The vibe here is just right. They make the coffee while you wait, and you can smell it brewing. It’s a simple thing, but it feels nice.

Decent takeaway. The sweet and sour chicken was pretty good, and the fried duck with mushrooms was fine. The place is spotlessly clean, which is a plus. Staff were helpful and spoke English.

The staff here are so lovely. They remembered our names and checked in on us just the right amount, which made our girls' catch-up feel really relaxed. A really nice touch.

The gluten-free pasta was a game changer! Really appreciate how they customise for dietary needs. Portions are generous too.

The staff are so friendly and always remember us. They handle big orders without a fuss, which makes things easy.

The team was really nice and on it. My order got mixed up a bit, but they sorted it out super fast and were still smiling. Made the whole thing chill.

The service I received today was absolutely amazing, the lady was spot on with everything made us feel very welcome.

Jacket potato with cheese and beans. Hot, fast, and filling. Exactly what I needed for a quick lunch.

Been coming here for years. Always grab a table by the fish tanks, even in summer. It’s just a quiet, reliable spot for a meal. The fish are oddly calming to watch.

Love the old-school vibe here, proper vintage furniture. The liver, bacon and onions were spot on. Appreciated that they tweaked the Greek pasta salad for me without any fuss. A solid, reliable spot.

A nice spot for a coffee. The vegan cronuts are pretty good, and the muffins are decent too. It's a bit on the pricey side, but a fine place to stop by.

Coffee's always solid here. Sat outside for a bit on a sunny afternoon, that was nice. Just a chill spot.

Service is efficient even when packed. Staff took time to confirm my order, which I appreciate. No mix-ups, just straightforward and attentive. Makes a lunch visit reliable.
