Picked up my order and it was ready in no time. The food was still steaming hot when I got back, which was a nice surprise. Everything tasted fresh and flavourful.

If you're in Cardiff, you must visit the Brook Bistro! The quality of the food is outstanding, and the service is top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the fillet steak and the creatively presented Christmas pudding. It's a place I will definitely return to.

The hot and sour soup here is huge, honestly could feed two. The steamed chicken with ginger sauce was lovely, so tender. Just a nice, simple meal.

This is my go-to spot for a proper full English with friends. It's usually pretty quiet, so you can actually hear each other talk. The breakfasts are spot on, just like they should be. A nice, chilled place for a catch-up.

The chips here are spot on. Proper crispy outside, fluffy inside. The haddock was fresh and the batter was light, not greasy at all. Portion size is decent for the price. Just a solid, classic fish and chips.
