Solid local place, nothing fancy. The grilled fish was decent and didn't break the bank. Staff don't speak much English but they're quick. Felt like a proper neighborhood spot.

The grilled octopus was the only thing I cared about. Tender, smoky, decent salt. The rest of the menu felt like an afterthought. Live music was loud but whatever. I’d come back for that dish and a beer, skip everything else.

Best pizza takeaway in Porto, hands down. Always consistent, and their wine list pairs surprisingly well with the pies.

The grilled fish was really good, super fresh and the portion felt fair for what we paid. I came with a couple of friends on a random weeknight and we ended up staying way longer than planned just chatting. Place got a bit noisy later but honestly it added to the vibe. Would come back for sure. 🐟

Walk past the kitchen on the way in and you see the women cooking. That’s about as real as it gets around here. Place is small, near the cathedral, family run. Had the grilled fish, simple and honest. Not fancy, but you can tell they’ve been doing this forever. Service was fine, a bit slow but no rush. I’d go back.

The mille-feuille really is the one to get. Layers are spot on, not overly sweet. Could tell right away why people keep coming back here. Just wish the coffee came out a bit hotter, but honestly the pastry made up for it.

Stopped by for a quick bite and a drink. Service was on point, got my order fast. The space is a bit cramped though, not gonna lie. Drink was solid, did the job. Just wish they had a baby changing table in the restroom, would've been handy. Anyway, decent spot for a fast lunch if you're in the area.

The croissants are legit. Warm, flaky, buttery, the kind that shatters when you bite into it. Got one fresh out of the oven around noon. Honestly, that’s all you need to know. Skip the rest of the menu if you have to, just get the croissant.

The back terrace is the real deal here. Feels like you're eating at someone's place, not a restaurant. Got the fresh fish and it was solid. Asked about gluten-free soy sauce and they brought it right away, no fuss. Place was a bit busy but that's fine. Good spot if you're in the area.

Delicious food. Very attentive staff. Great experience. The salad was perfectly dressed and the pasta was incredible. Maybe even better than Italy !

The food here is absolutely sublime, especially the degustation menu with its perfect wine pairings. The attentive service made the entire dining experience unforgettable.

The poncha was spot-on, really tasted like being back on the island. Duarte and Luís took good care of us too. Prices fair for what you get.

Sushi was decent, rice a bit sweeter than what I’m used to in Japan. Service was quick at first, then kinda slowed after the initial order. Still, for a buffet, it’s a fair deal. I’d come back if I’m in the area and want a quick bite.

Busy when I got there around 9am, mostly locals grabbing coffee and pastries. Had the almond croissant—pretty good, flaky and not too sweet. Prices are fair for the quality. Service was fine, nothing special but efficient. Would stop by again if I'm in the area.

Solid grilled meats. The pork with clams was proper. Prices fair for what you get. Staff friendly enough. They have some deal with a parking lot nearby, which helps. Not fancy, but does the job.

The éclairs looked amazing in the display case, but the filling was more like light whipped cream than the proper custard I was expecting. If that's your thing, you'll probably like them. Coffee ran a bit bitter for me though. The seating area was pretty tight, not much room to spread out.
