I changed the restaurant to eat paella again. Ahhh, I love it so much. I decided to learn how to make Portuguese paella [Minions are happy] It tastes much better than the salty and oily Spanish paella. By the way, this restaurant is called As Velhas. It is right next to the airbnb I booked. I wanted to eat there last night, but I didn&rsquo;t make a reservation and there was no seat, so I went there for lunch today. ​

服务很棒，感觉非常受欢迎。强烈推荐给任何人。食物很棒，是一家虽然面积小但是让人感觉很舒适的餐厅。我是和朋友一起来的这里，真心的爱上了这里。这家餐馆真的非常不错。

The service was great and we felt very welcome. Would highly recommend to anyone. The food was great and it is a small but cozy restaurant. I went here with friends and we loved it. This restaurant is really good.

在这里度过的夜晚是特别美好的，员工们都非常的善良，而且所有的食物价格都是合理的。主菜是柠檬酥皮馅饼，还有鳕鱼和鲈鱼，这家餐厅离我们的酒店只需要步行一会就到了。

The evening was lovely, the staff were very nice and all the food was reasonably priced. Mains were lemon meringue pie, cod and sea bass, the restaurant was just a short walk from our hotel.

Italians who love food! I am an Italian who loves food. I had the most delicious gnocchi here. I could taste the freshness of the ingredients and the meticulousness of the cooking. It was even more delicious with a cup of tea. We had such a comfortable time here. Love this place.

我是和四个同事一起来到这里的，每个人都特别享受自己的饭菜，服务提供的也超级棒。我特别喜欢这里的鱼，而且这家餐馆的风格就是古色古香的，是我特别喜欢的风格。

I went here with four colleagues and everyone enjoyed their meals and the service was excellent. I particularly liked the fish and the style of the restaurant is antique, which is my favorite.

Both the food and extraordinary service at Alma make it the best restaurant in Lisbon. Each dish is presented beautifully and consists of amazing textures and complex and interesting tastes. The servers are knowledgable and warm and most of all professional. One of our favorite restaurants anywhere.

2024 Global 100 - Fine Dining 

Situated in the lower level of a large Princely mansion, the coveted  16 tufted high chairs aroundThe U shaped bar are the setting for the GASTRONOMIC SYMPHONY. Each diner is a member of the audience. The chef conducts his staff, providing the most glorious presentations and delectable offerings. The maestro discusses the presentations . At the same time the sous chefs are putting the finishing touches on the dishes. The offerings are presented and plated in front of the guest, while watching the various presentations around the bar. The atmosphere is open yet intimate. Each reservation is separate while being part of the total experience. The food! It&#39;s a &quot; symphony&quot;Of textures and tastes. The melding of a spice to an herb to a protein. Truly an experience. An OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE.Now, one drawback. The building is historic. As a result there is no elevator. If you are handicapped, not able to walk, then unfortunately you will not be able to experience TWO MONKEYS.

No.4 of Fine Dining  in Lisbon

The steak buns are of great quality! The beef inside is very chewy and juicy. In addition, their queen rolls are also very delicious, the cake is soft and the cream inside is not greasy at all! ! Durian pan tart is also one of my favorites, with a super rich durian filling, a must-have for durian lovers~

2025 Global 100 – Fine Dining 

I tried the barnacles for the first time last night 😋 It was a little more work than I expected but the taste was good. Apparently someone said it&rsquo;s the best seafood restaurant in Lisbon and we had to wait more than an hour to get a table. Although there is nothing special on the menu, the seafood is very fresh, which makes all of the dishes delicious. The famous dessert is steak sandwich but we couldn&rsquo;t eat anymore 😅

2025 Global 100 – Local Restaurants

Besides a salad which, in my opinion, was a bit dull everything else was exceptionally good. I would mention the desert (chocolate cake?) which was indeed very special.

No.7 of Local Restaurants in Lisbon

The environment is not bad. Although it is not luxurious, it is quite modern. The low-key lighting and uniform service staff make people feel very good. The restaurant is divided into two large rooms, one part belongs to the independent restaurant, and the other part belongs to the hotel. There is a large bar in the middle. Generally, the hotel part is not open to outside guests. However, since the restaurant part is always full, we were arranged to dine in the hotel part twice. The manager of the restaurant is very humorous and recognized me when I came to dine for the second time (of course I rushed to say hi to him at the first time and pointed at me and said enthusiastically that he remembered me haha ​​... The taste is quite unique, a bit like the salted fish in China. But the taste of the cod itself is slightly different from what I have eaten before, so it is worth a try.
