Praca 63

This place exceeded expectations. We had the grilled octopus and the rump steak, both dishes were tasty and presented well. Service was very friendly and efficient. When I tried to add side dishes, they informed me that my dish already had some provided, and offered to swap fries with the potatoes too. This is really helpful to prevent food waste, thanks!

4th time in Porto and 4th visit to Praça 63. Their Francesinha is the best in the city. The service from Sumara and the rest of the staff makes every visit really enjoyable.Do not hesitate to visit them if you are in Porto and do not waste your time with a Francesinha elsewhere.

Lovely seating area outside and cosy interior. Service was very good, friendly and attentive. Food good although the octopus was over salted and a bit in the small side. The codfish with cornbread whilst very tasty again slightly in the small side. It looks large but there’s a large bone and this less meat than you’d perhaps expect. The croquettes and codfish cakes were lovely. Good value.

Very tasty food. We came with a discount from fork, so it turned out to be good priced. But ptherwise we believe that it was expensive… this seems to be norm in Porto tho. Service was amazing, very nice waitresses and waiters, kind people.

Friendly welcome and offered indoor/outdoor seating. Simple menu but well presented and sensible prices. Pleasantly busy but we were not rushed. Good outside area set back from the road.
