The octupos was amazing but I had order Rice with prawns clams and mussels but there were no mussels....Food was great and presented well but plates were cold. Not sure if personnel&#39;s preference, but hot plates a possibility?The sangria was awesome and staff were great!4.5 out of 5

I went with my brother and his two kids because we discovered this restaurant 2 years ago when they came for holidays and they thought it was the best pizzeria they tried during their stay. They all ordered a pizza and I went for the dish of the day which was &ldquo;Bacalhau com natas&rdquo; i.e. salted cod with cream. Everything was delicious as before and it was nice to see that their non-pizza dishes are just as good. The restaurant staff is great and attentive and the owner speaks several languages!

The one-day tour in Sintra was also very rushed, and there were many tourists. It took about one or two cars to climb up, so lunch was cut off, but I had to try the local desserts of this famous cafe, so I packed them up and ate them while waiting for the bus. The shop is in the alley opposite the Sintra Palace. I went there at noon, and there was a queue again. There was a machine calling number system in the shop, and there were 10 people in front of me when I arrived. Then I was in a situation where I didn&rsquo;t recognize any of the desserts. I had read the guide before going and knew two names. When I was queuing, I saw many locals buying a long-shaped dessert in large quantities, so I grabbed one and asked. The enthusiastic Portuguese people told me in English with a heavy accent that this was delicious and the best, and helped me communicate with the owner in Portuguese. When it was my turn, I pointed out the name on the guide to the owner. The long-shaped dessert was the [Travesseiro] on the guide, which was a specialty. Later, I saw it was also sold in boxes at Lisbon Airport. It tasted quite sweet. Another specialty is [Queijada Saloia], which is a cheesecake, sweeter, not as delicious as Travesseiro. (Okay, I also found that if I don&rsquo;t write a review immediately after eating, I will forget the specific taste.)

Since we were in the mountains, there was no obvious choice for lunch, so we had to eat at the restaurant of the Pena Palace. Although the appearance was a bit bad, it tasted good and at least filled our stomachs.
