Spaghetti Notte

What a great restaurant. Unique dishes with modern twists. We really enjoyed the upscale atmosphere and the great quality of the food. I cannot understand how this restaurant does not have a higher score on google. It really deserves its honorable mention in the Michelin guide.

What an amazing restaurant. Rita Quieroz, chef and owner is phenomenal as a person, restaurateur, and chef (!!!). We fell in love with her restaurant staff and her in just one meal. Absolutely wonderful use of ingredients that made perfect fresh farm to table flavors. Unique as well, the Picante Curry w/ Scampi Risotto blew my mind and taste buds! My wife’s pesto spaghetti was astounding. Desert? Try the MMM and/or the Brazilian Lime & Sicilian lemon pie. So good. Visiting Coimbra? Visit Spaghetti Notte, you will feel the same way! We’re on vacation from the U. S. and found this restaurant. The food and service was outstanding. The ambiance was romantic and quaint. The food itself was delicious to say the least. I would recommend this restaurant.

We spent a total of seven days in Portugal and we unanimously agreed, this was our favorite restaurant. Not only was the service and atmosphere excellent, the food was outstanding. It is such a pleasure to be at an establishment that truly cares and honors their profession,

The chicken parm was extremely good, and the gnocchi were like tasty little edible pillows. This is the best place we ate in coimbra.
