Aurora Steakhouse

Plenty of choice on the menu. Service was excellent. Waiter checked with us a number of times to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Food was very good - cooked exactly to our requirements. Desserts beautifully presented. Overall we had a great experience at the Aurora Steakhouse and would highly recommend this restaurant.

We all 4 agreed this was a fantastic dinner. The meat was fabulous and everything else. This is my second time and i must say even the vegan lasagne, which you do not expect at a steakhouse very special. Dessert were also very good baklava and chocolade cake!

Staff were very welcoming when we arrived. They were excellent throughout our visit. Food was absolutely amazing. Steaks were cooked to perfection. We had a T-bone and a sirloin and both were excellent. Would highly recommend this restaurant .

This wasn’t our first time and definitely won’t be out last time at Aurora. We came back because it was so wonderful the first couple times and we will keep coming back because it has been so consistently good each time we’ve dined here. The staff attentiveness and the food are outstanding.

When some reviewers say things like "Best restaurant in Tavira" or "We were in Tavira for 4 days and this is the best restaurant on the Algarve", they are clearly not qualified to say these things - did they really eat in every restaurant? We, however, have probably eaten in most restaurants in Tavira over the past 10 years and that has included Aurora at least 5 times, so we believe that we are qualified to say that (in our opinion) Aurora Steakhouse is where we consistently get the best meals and service.
