Service from Roy was very good. Food was excellent. Although his recommendation of the prawn starter was good I think he should have mentioned the price of  the prawns. At &euro;22 for one prawn when the mainmeal of piri piri chicken was &euro;9.50 a bit off putting.Overall though I will go again and miss out on the most expensive prawns ever!

The service and the food were excellent. So go and enjoy.  The special consideration for our anniversary celebration was hard warming. We will certainly recommend to our friends and look forward to returning.

Nice restaurant just outside the main thoroughfare. Parking in town is becoming more difficult, so this place is great if you have young children in a Pram or a person who is less mobile, parking is right outside the door. Food was plentiful, but definitely more expensive than most places we have eaten in around the area. Good choice of meats and fish, with some specials. Nice big restaurant with seating inside and out. Lovely decor and very clean. Staff were efficient and friendly.

Restaurante muito agrad&aacute;vel. Boa localiza&ccedil;&atilde;o.As entradas simples mas muito boas ( queijinho fresco e seco, azeitonas, manteigas e umas cenouras temperadas ).Optamos pelo frango assado e estava simplesmente divinal, batata frita caseira, sequinha. Uma salada de tomate fresca e deliciosa. Vamos repetir sem d&uacute;vida.

Very nice restaurant. Good location.
The starters were simple but very good (fresh and dry cheese, olives, butter and some seasoned carrots).
We opted for the roast chicken and it was simply divine, with homemade fries, crispy. A fresh and delicious tomato salad. We will repeat without a doubt.

The food is absolutely fabulous!  The staff is very professional and attentive. Alisandra is very attentive to all of her guests. The homemade pasta is outstanding!  It&rsquo;s a must visit when you are in Tavira!

Valentines Night couples dinner. Everything was excellent and really well finished with a red rose for my partner when the bill came.

We decided to have our valentines dinner here - which was our first time dining here. It was a great experience. The food was deliciously prepared and a very good value. The service was friendly and attentive. It was a bit chilly and they provided blankets. Will go back!

Very friendly staff and our reserved table was in a prime location, right on the river. The wine menu was interesting and both reds we tried were tasty, if very different to each other! Two of our kids enjoyed the breaded chicken and chips/rice, one rated the black Angus beef burger and the other the grilled sea bass. Grown ups enjoyed the scallops starter, which had an fab foam, and the mackerel samosa, the chicken and shrimp curry was tasty. Three of us had the black angus steak, all ordered to be cooked medium. The colour varied a little but sadly the quality varied a lot. One of the steaks was delicious, not a single chewy mouthful. The other two unfortunately were very tough to eat. The chips, salads and sauces that accompanied the steaks were delicious. A nice touch of pickled red onions making the token salad on the plate something worth eating.
