We had been let down by another restaurant last minute and had noticed PJB on Fork. We arrived 10 minutes later and were welcomed warmly. The octopus was wonderful in a salad starter and a spectacular fettuccine. The wine was excellent. The two guys running the place were fantastic and efficient and friendly. A real find.

Fantastic food with excellent service would absolutely recommend the polo frito algarvia it was succulent and in a lovely white wine sauce with onion and garlic served with rice.  Very tasty

Just a lovely experience all round. The service was excellent; attentive but not intrusive. The food was amazing; they really know how to do fish beautifully. We had a local Algarve pudding (Mixto do Algarve) which was utterly delicious. I would cheerfully go there again, and again, and again ...

I originally booked a table for 12 out of town guests.  When the number exceeded 20 at last minute, the staff was so kind and easy to 🙏 please.  As usual, the food was delucious, the service wonderful.  thank you!

Valentines Night couples dinner. Everything was excellent and really well finished with a red rose for my partner when the bill came.

Friendly personnel, really tasty sushi, beautiful view from the upper balcony and fresh breeze. It was my birthday, and guys served me a desert with candle. Trifle detail, but so nice of them!

Very friendly staff and our reserved table was in a prime location, right on the river. The wine menu was interesting and both reds we tried were tasty, if very different to each other! Two of our kids enjoyed the breaded chicken and chips/rice, one rated the black Angus beef burger and the other the grilled sea bass. Grown ups enjoyed the scallops starter, which had an fab foam, and the mackerel samosa, the chicken and shrimp curry was tasty. Three of us had the black angus steak, all ordered to be cooked medium. The colour varied a little but sadly the quality varied a lot. One of the steaks was delicious, not a single chewy mouthful. The other two unfortunately were very tough to eat. The chips, salads and sauces that accompanied the steaks were delicious. A nice touch of pickled red onions making the token salad on the plate something worth eating.

A fabulous seafood restaurant with fresh produce and lovely staff. We had crab, octopus salad, prawns and pork and clams. All were delicious! Fresh and well presented. Casual and friendly and great value for money. Oh, and the sangria was great and a good wine selection. Such a lovely lunch and our guests were impressed!

Great food and service at a fair price! It wasn&rsquo;t busy when we visited so we weren&rsquo;t surprised with the swift service. The Biryani and curry dishes were all delicious and well presented. Will definitely go back!
