Great spot for a proper pint. The real ales on tap are a highlight, and the prices are genuinely decent for what you get. Easy to reach by tram from Blackpool, which is a bonus.

As someone with a few food sensitivities, I really appreciate how careful they are here. The staff took the time to go through the menu with me. My salad was fresh and crisp, which is exactly what I look for. A very reassuring spot for a simple, safe meal.

Came for the game and it was perfect for that, loads of screens everywhere. Grabbed a burger and some wings, solid pub grub. The pool table was a nice bonus while waiting for halftime. Parking was easy, which is a plus around here.

Standard Wetherspoons breakfast, nothing fancy but you know what you're getting. Had the big one before 12, good value for the price. The bacon was decent, eggs cooked right. It's a solid option when you just need a reliable feed.

A proper pub. The rotating cask ales are always spot on, which is exactly what you want from a place like this.

A decent spot for a pint. They have a good range of beers on tap, including a couple of cask ales which were pretty good. Prices are fine for the city centre.

Solid veggie burger and ordering from the phone is a breeze. Great spot for a casual catch-up with friends.

Caught a gig here last night. The sound system is incredible, and the layout means you can actually see the stage from pretty much anywhere. Perfect for a night out with mates.

A decent spot for a casual evening. It’s got a nice local feel. The outdoor seating is fine, though it did get a bit chilly later on. Drinks are pretty straightforward. A solid choice for a relaxed drink.

Came here for a quick lunch and the vibe was spot on. The ribeye was cooked just right, really tender. The hunters sauce had a nice depth to it, not too heavy. Will be back for that steak!

Love the vibe here, and the staff are always so friendly. It's become our go-to spot in the neighbourhood. The new seasonal cocktail was a nice surprise – a bit on the pricey side, but really well made.

Great for a quick lunch. The burger was solid, came out fast. Julie and Lou behind the bar are really friendly, makes it a nice local spot. Good for a quick bite.

Friday afternoon stop for a drink and some tapas. Gin and tonic was well-made. The patatas bravas were fresh and the portion was just right for a solo visit. Service was prompt, which I appreciate. A solid spot for a quick bite.

Went for the bottomless brunch on a Wednesday. Erin, our server, was so lovely and on it. The food arrived super quick, and those hash browns were spot on. A really nice, relaxed vibe for a midweek treat.

Staff were very helpful when I had a minor issue with my wheelchair access. The atmosphere is relaxed and the beer selection is decent. Good spot for a straightforward meal.

A comfortable place to enjoy a meal. The service is friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience quite relaxing. The seats are well-spaced, so you don’t feel crowded. It’s a nice spot for a quiet dinner.

I recently visited The George for a private celebration, and the buffet was outstanding. The variety of food, including Scouse and ribs, was exceptional. I highly recommend this place for hosting events, thanks to the attentive staff and delicious offerings.

Came here to get some work done on a Tuesday. The library room in the back is quiet, good for calls. Tried the new mac and cheese, it was pretty good. Staff were nice.

The atmosphere is chill and nice, and the servers are friendly. I ordered the ultimate chicken tikka masala and it was absolutely delicious! I would eat it all day if I could. The cookie and apple pie were also fantastic, highly recommend this place!

The Bull is a fantastic traditional English pub with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The breakfast burger was particularly delicious, making it a must-try for anyone visiting.

Great spot for a quick lunch. Their burger hits the spot every time. Service is super fast, which is perfect when you're on a tight break. The outdoor bit is a nice bonus. 👍

Found this place tucked away behind another bar. The interior is really something. Ordered the truffle pasta, which was nice, but the portion felt a bit small for the price.

Been to Joshua Brooks a few times now. The DJs are always on point, keeps the vibe going all night. Drinks are a bit pricey though, but you're paying for the atmosphere.

Great spot for a post-work pint. They had a nice range of ales on tap and the service was quick.

Solid spot for a business meet-up. The old-school pub vibe is actually quite pleasant, not too loud for conversation. Had a couple of pints here after a meeting nearby. Convenient location, easy to get to from the Tube.

Love the outdoor seating at the back. Perfect spot to enjoy a local craft beer and just unwind for a bit.

Right by Lime Street station, so popped in before my train. Used the app to order, which was dead easy. Food came out quick - just a decent burger and chips, nothing fancy. Did the job for a rushed meal.
