The Mzanzi breakfast came out exactly how I asked—eggs properly done and toast with the right crunch. Service moved quickly, which I appreciated. The manager swung by our table to check in, that was a nice touch. Seating area felt a bit cramped though, especially when it got busier. Solid spot for a no-fuss morning meal.

The lighting in here is doing something right—warm without being dim, makes the whole space feel softer. Coffee fell flat though, kinda bitter in a way that wasn't pleasant. Those pastries in the case looked incredible, wish I'd grabbed one. Maybe next time I'll just do dessert instead.

Came here to get some work done and ended up staying longer than planned. Boitumelo kept checking in, coffee stayed full. Quiet enough to focus, not dead either. Solid spot if you need somewhere to camp with your laptop for a few hours.

Hummus toastie and zucchini rostis were solid. Breakfast menu's got some nice NY-inspired options. Staff were friendly enough.

Called in right before closing, owner still took my order. Bunny chow gravy had proper flavour, not bland at all.

The flat white was solid, and the toasted sandwich did the job. That cycling workshop setup is a nice touch, but honestly I just came for the food. Coffee had a good kick to it. Sandwich was crispy, cheese melted right. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. Would grab one again if I'm in the area.

Food's decent when it's fresh, bottomless drinks are a plus. Parking's a nightmare though, always packed.

The lamb wrap was proper good. Meat so soft it just fell apart, and the flavour was spot on. Had it sitting by the window watching the street go by, felt right. Maybe couldve used a bit more sauce but honestly didnt need it. Would happily grab another one next time Im in the area.

The chicken schnitzel primavera was the standout for me — crispy, loaded with veg, and the portion was generous. We also tried a couple of pastas and a pizza, all solid. Prices felt fair for what you get. Place was busy but we didn't wait too long. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Lovely spot with a relaxed feel. Staff were friendly enough, though service was a bit slow. The bird aviary nearby is the real highlight.

The owner treated us like we'd known him for years. Really friendly guy, made the whole meal feel easy. Staff were on it too.

The chicken 65 here is legit — properly spicy and not like every other dish on the menu. Kept it simple, no fuss, just solid Indian food. Prices felt fair for what you get.

The table button to call waiters is such a smart idea. Pressed it once and someone came over right away. Food was solid too, nothing fancy but done well.

The music was pumping all night, three DJs kept things going. Crowd looked great, everyone dressed up nicely. I'm more of a comfort-first person so it was a bit much for me, but if you want a lively night out, this is the spot. Just wish there were more places to sit and take a breather.

The blackberry watermelon drink was so refreshing, and I liked that they had a proper vegetarian menu. Service was good too. They even boxed up my leftovers nicely.
