The first time I chose toasted couscous with sweet and sour vegetables, the second time I ordered cuttlefish with carrot, celery, fennel and walnuts. Both dishes were beautiful with a freshness, lightness and clarity of flavours I loved. My husband had pasta dishes both times and agreed this was the best cooking we had found on this trip to Italy. Everything was of the region, including the delicious wine and desserts, and nothing was tired or pretentious

By the way, as long as you book the restaurant, you can also visit the attraction for free. If you have the opportunity to sit in the best seat in the restaurant like me, then your dining experience will be like this: accompanied by the afterglow of the sunset, you take a deep breath on the terrace on the cliff, which is the breath of roses and the ocean, and have a glass, two glasses, and three glasses. You enjoy the after-dinner wine under the stars. No, no, no, I'm talking about the dessert. This was definitely the worst nightmare for a tomato-hater like me. If my good classmate hadn't helped me eat it, I think the chef would have been angry and kicked me out of Italy! Interestingly, my classmate's wife found that the menu of this restaurant is divided by gender, and there is no price on the menu for women. From a modern perspective, although this value is a bit outdated, it is also quite interesting. After all, this is a paradise. Next time I come to Ravello, I must stay in this hotel for three days!
