TheForkUserWe had the most delicious meal and couldn’t fault anything. The service was wonderful. I would highly recommend it if you want to have a some authentic Sicilian homemade food in a peaceful setting.

The waiter serving us spoke some English and unfortunately we didn’t speak Italian so we had no proper communication neither he made an effort to speak with us. I order pizza with porcini mushrooms and my daughter had spicy sopressata which was good. My pizza with procini was simply non edible it was mushy with lots of sauce it honestly looked like ragu. I may not understand the way this pizza is made in Sicily so it’s maybe my expectations to eat pizza that has sliced mushrooms on it rather then a runny sauce on it. If you speak Italian and don’t order this pizza your experience will be great!

摆渡修行Ricotta: Behind the cheese shop is the workshop, where freshly baked ricotta al forno da tavola is available. Cut it into pieces and try it. Oh my goodness! After baking, it has a rich milky flavor. My friend immediately bought 1/4 piece and they finished it all along the way. Ricotta has a short shelf life. If you want to bring some back from traveling, you can consider Ricotta al forno da grattugia, a ground ricotta hard cheese that is vacuum packed and has a long shelf life. Provola: There are so many varieties here, such as lemon, pistachio, and red wine (this one really smells like wine. I just cut it into pieces and ate a lot yesterday). Pecorino: To be honest, it goes well with all kinds of pasta. Just grind it before eating. I especially recommend the ones with black pepper or red pepper. Mozzarella cheese: The taste is so much better than the ones in supermarkets, and the most important thing is its texture, which is very delicious.
