TheForkUserWe attended tonight and entered the main room which had a live performance. But we were asked if we’d like to eat somewhere quieter and they asked if we’d like to eat in the bar area near the tab section. We were more than happy to do that as we had just flown in from Melbourne. I had the rump steak, chips, salad with the Diane sauce and Neil who had accompanied me had the senior chicken schnitzel meal with the chips and salad also.I added some aioli to go with my chips along with 2 pints of lemon lime bitters for us both.The food was most excellent and I’m thankful when I left o forgot my green carry bag and they kept it behind the bar for me for safe keeping. Thank you kindly for that also, as that meant a lot to me.All and all great food, service and atmosphere and it’s the 3rd time we’ve eaten here as we also own an apartment that we rent out in Brisbane and we’re looking to move this way from Ballarat Victoria to be closer to a country vibe that’s not too far away from the city.Definitely the best tavern in the area, so much so we have a pub down the road from where we are staying in Petrie and its food and atmosphere doesn’t compare to your awesome establishment !! TheForkUserI came here last year for my 18th with mates for the first time in 2022 and it was an awesome atmosphere and great staff and I couldn’t fault the time waits or anything even when they’re busy. Went back December 2022 and the same thing it was amazing. Went back for Valentine’s Day 2023 even though they had network issues the staff still met everyone’s needs and helped in ever possible way they could, definitely recommend, cheap meals, quick food times and the best staffBellbowrie Tavern

I had booked a table for my family on a Saturday and thank heavens we did because it was absolutely packed to the brim… however this didn’t deter us as the reviews speak for them self. Food was outstanding quality you can taste the love the chefs put into the food. I had the eggs benedict which was deliciousó and would highly recommend.
