Booked ahead and glad we did, it's a cosy spot that fills up quickly. The staff were really friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout. A nice, relaxed meal without any fuss.

Nice spot for a quiet coffee in the park. The new decor is cosy and has a bit of character, which I like. Found a comfy armchair by the window – perfect for settling in with a book. The staff were friendly and left me to it. A good, relaxed place.

Nice spot in the park for a quiet drink. Sat by the flowers, looking over the gardens. Perfect for a sunny evening.

Perfect for a quick bite. Their tea is already brewed in a proper pot, saves so much time. The honey cake was a nice touch. Just what I needed on a busy day.

The bagels here are surprisingly filling for the price. Got the classic with lox, and the portion was generous. The bagel itself was fresh, with a good chew. A solid spot for a quick, satisfying bite.

This place has such a nice, easygoing vibe. The staff are really friendly and the crowd is always a good mix. I've noticed the food has gotten a lot better lately, which is a bonus. Just a solid local spot.

Good range of craft beers, some interesting rotating options. Prices are a touch high, but you get what you pay for in terms of selection.

Good live music on Saturdays, really adds to the vibe. Food was decent, but the service was a bit slow due to the crowd. Fine for a casual weekend dinner.

Gordon remembered my name from my last visit - a small thing, but it makes a difference. He's just that kind of host. The place has a nice, easy vibe because of it.

Cosy spot with a nice all-day breakfast. The cakes looked good but I found the one I ordered a bit dry. Still, a solid choice for a quiet coffee.

Been coming here for years, and the croissants are always spot on. Flaky, buttery, just the right amount of give. That's what keeps me coming back. The coffee's decent too, no grit.

The staff here are on it! Tables cleared so fast, and the loos are always spotless. Makes a big difference when you're just trying to relax over a meal.

The bottomless brunch was fun, but what really stood out was how fresh all the ingredients tasted. Shaniece was lovely too.

Great spot for a quick lunch. The special fried rice is tasty, but my second plate was a bit oily. Service is fast, got me in and out. Good for a speedy bite.

The staff were very welcoming and professional. Meal was plentiful and well cooked, maybe warm the plates to keep food hot. Knifes need replacing as very blunt to cut meat, although we should have asked for replacements. Nice atmosphere.

Adam W. was a really good server. Friendly and kept the drinks topped up, which was nice. Food came out quickly and tasted fine. A decent meal overall.

The bottomless brunch is good value. They keep the cocktails coming, and they're actually well-made.

Popped in for a late breakfast. The scrambled eggs on sourdough with chilli jam were spot on. Berry smoothie was fresh. Nice little spot to grab a bite.

Jonny's gin masterclass was a good way to spend an evening. He clearly knows his stuff and enjoys sharing it. You learn a fair bit without it feeling like a lecture.

The battered chips were spot on, really crispy. The curry sauce had a nice kick. I paired them with a local lager, which cut through the richness perfectly. Service was friendly and quick, no fuss. A solid choice for a casual bite.

The kids' activity corner and board games are a lifesaver. We could actually eat our pizza in peace while they were occupied. The pizza itself was decent, thin crust, good pepperoni.

The staff here are always so lovely. They're attentive but never hovering, which I really appreciate. It's a relaxed, welcoming vibe.

I have had a lot of cream teas but I must say that this is my favourite ( other than the Ritz!). It’s great value for money, excellent selection of cakes and sandwiches and friendly staff in a comfortable environment.

Nice relaxed spot for a catch-up with friends. We shared a few small plates and just hung out for ages, no one rushed us. The staff were really chill about it. Good for a long, lazy chat.

Really appreciated the vegan and gluten-free options here. The green curry was packed with fresh vegetables, you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. A solid choice for a healthy meal out.

Solid spot for a quick lunch. The lamb curry had generous chunks of meat, and the sauce was rich. Portions are decent for the price. Service was efficient, got my order in and out within 45 minutes.

Love this cafe! Their extra-large breakfast is massive, seriously, you've been warned 😂 Perfect for sharing with a mate after a late night. The staff are always so nice. It's become our go-to spot.

Popped in on a quiet Tuesday evening. The space has such a warm, cosy feel with those low-hanging lights and wooden tables. It's the kind of place you can just unwind. The Tawa was spot on, as usual.

They were great about my vegetarian request when I booked. The mushroom pasta was really well done, clearly made with care. It's nice when a kitchen pays that kind of attention.

The cream tea is a solid quick bite. Scones were warm, jam and clotted cream on point. Pot of tea was huge.
