Got a seat at the counter facing the open kitchen. Loved watching the chefs work, the focus and the flames. Made the whole dinner more interesting.

The General Tao tofu here is a proper main dish, not just a token veggie option. Portion was generous for the price, definitely enough for a full meal. I appreciate that in Rennes.

Been here a few times. The flavor combos are interesting, like the duck with that sweet berry sauce. Not something you see every day. A bit pricey for the portion, but it’s solid.

Staff really know their stuff. Passionate about the food. Happy to explain the dishes. That makes a difference.

tiny bu loevely restaurant downtown rennes. La carte is small but very authentic, cooked by a lovely owner. only note is that Credit cards are not accepted so bring cash.

Loved the lively Spanish bar vibe here. Had a great evening with friends, the tapas were solid and the sangria hit the spot. A fun spot for a casual night out.

The pork belly bao was nice, and I liked the banh mi. But the real star was the staff's recommendation for a crisp Riesling to cut through the richness. That made the whole meal click for me. Friendly service, too.

We had two steaks but were nicely cooked and seasoned really enjoyed it

Perfect for a quick lunch. Staff was fast and friendly, got my order out in no time. Had the chicken sandwich, solid choice for a short break. Just what you need when you're in a hurry.

The sandwich customization is fantastic, and their wine list had a nice local rosé that paired well with my prosciutto choice.

The salad in a buckwheat galette cup was such a lovely touch. It's that kind of detail that makes a place feel considered. You can tell someone really thought about it.

Been coming here for years, always get the spicy sauces. Green salsa is fresh and herby, the red one is seriously hot, makes my nose run every time. That's what keeps me coming back.
