Been coming here for years. The sangria is still the best I've had, always tastes exactly the same. That's what keeps me coming back.

Grabbed a quick breakfast here. The small chicken sandwich, a beer, and some olives came to just 3 euros total. Honestly, the portion size for that price is hard to beat these days. Solid food, no complaints.

Got a table fast even though it was packed. Staff was super helpful. View from the seat was nice. Food came quickly, which is what I needed. Solid spot for a quick lunch.

From the nightmare which is google maps which insisted on navigating us to the restaurant when it was clearly in a pedestrianised zone. So much for geospatial analysts with no common sense, we arrived flustered and late. It was worth the hassle. The service was courteous and helpful, the food was fantastic, along with the wine and the street ambience perfect as everyone was chilling out on a Sunday. Fantastic place but don’t try to drive there, park up outside the city walls and walk the 2 mins.

Found this gem tucked away from the main streets. Their paella had that perfect socarrat (the crispy rice at the bottom!) and the saffron flavor was spot-on. Felt like I was eating at someone's home in Valencia. A bit of a wait for the table, but totally worth it for that authentic taste.

The food was pretty good, especially the pasta. Service was friendly and attentive. It’s a nice spot for a quiet dinner. A bit pricey, but the quality is decent.

Patatas bravas were solid. Crispy outside, soft inside. Sauce had a nice kick. Came out fast. Decent portion for the price.

The view of the Mediterranean is lovely. I really appreciated how the fresh seafood tasted clean and light, perfectly matching the seaside setting. The grilled fish was simple, letting the quality of the ingredients shine through. A very pleasant spot for a mindful meal.

The squid tapas was good, but honestly, the portion felt a bit small for the price. I was still a bit hungry after sharing a few plates. Maybe I just ordered the wrong things.

Really nice little bar.in cap salou. The owner Bau Is Argentinian stroke Welsh. And claim he's related to Captain Morgan. Real nice entertaining Friendly man.

The chicken and seafood paella here is the best I've had in Salou. Seriously. The staff were super nice and even took a few photos for us. That's the kind of service you remember.

The paella was loaded with fresh seafood, and the sangria hit the spot. It's definitely on the pricier side, but you're paying for that incredible view. The whole place has a really nice, relaxed vibe.

Been coming here for years, and the staff always remember my kid. They’ll slip him a little book or a crayon without me even asking. Makes the whole thing so much easier.

Came back three times. The wine list paired perfectly with every dish.

The tapas selection goes beyond the usual. Tried the grilled octopus and the mushroom croquettes. Octopus was tender, not rubbery. Croquettes had a good creamy filling. Been back a few times, the flavors are reliable.

The cod was the standout. Perfectly flaky, with a light crust and a rich, almost creamy sauce underneath. The portion was generous, but I could have eaten twice as much. That's how good it was.

The paella was good, but the real star was the house sangria. They use a nice red wine base with just the right amount of citrus. It paired perfectly with the rice. A bit pricey for the portion, but the drink made it worthwhile.

The suquet here is pretty good, a decent fish stew. The owners are friendly, made us feel welcome. A bit on the pricey side, but a nice spot.

The cod fritters were the star. They paired so well with a crisp Albariño we ordered. The rest of the meal was solid, though the fritters are the reason I'd go back.
