Loved the vegan menu, everything was clearly marked. The staff was so friendly and our food arrived really fast. Just a nice, easy lunch.

Stumbled in for a quick lunch. Got a margherita pizza. Came out super fast, which is exactly what I needed. Crust was nice and crispy. Solid spot for a quick bite when you're in the area.

Nice wine list. Our server suggested a pairing that really worked with the pasta. It was a quiet Tuesday, so they had time to chat about the options. Made a difference.

The wine pairings were spot on. Each glass really brought out the flavors in the courses.

The lamb shank was fall-off-the-bone tender, really rich flavor. Good portion for the price. The sauce was a bit too salty for my taste, but the meat itself was spot on.

Nachos and beef bites were great. Quick lunch spot, got my order in under 10 minutes.

Lunch for two with a pitcher of Agua de Valencia, two pizzas, and cortados. The Emilia Romagna pizza was the star, that burrata was so fresh. The total bill felt right for what we got, no surprises. Decent portions too.

Been wanting to try this spot for ages. It’s a bit cozy, but service was quick and friendly. The bread though? Honestly incredible. Might have been better than the actual fillings. Will be back for that alone.

The seafood paella took about 20 minutes, which is fine since it's made to order. The shrimp were really fresh and had a nice flavor. The portion for two was just right. Solid choice.

Been craving a good plant-based burger and this place delivered. The patty had a nice texture, and the bun was fresh. Their house-made lemonade was surprisingly zesty and cut through the richness perfectly. A relaxed spot for a quick, satisfying bite.

Food was good, but their homemade ice cream is what I'll remember. The pistachio flavor was so rich and creamy, not too sweet. Just a perfect little treat after dinner.

local place with local people, sitting, chatting, drinking, eating. not for the tourists, as away from anything. burgers in various forms. menu in Spanish, the lonely guy who runs it speaks some English.

Super friendly staff, incredible menu, the guy took the time to explain us different things about the menu- the food was super delicious. Definitely a great experience.

We discovered Wave restaurant when we were visiting Valencia a year ago and enjoyed it so much that we had to visit again this year. The restaurant was just as we remembered, small and basic but the food and service more than make up for it. The owner/chef explained to us that he is planning to move a new location next year that will give him more creative possibilities and we promised that we would search him out!

The made-to-order omelet station was the highlight. They had all the usual buffet stuff, but watching them cook it fresh made a difference. Good way to start the day.

The private room was perfect for our group. The wine list had some nice Spanish options that paired well with the paella.

Iberian pork cheeks were the star, so tender and rich. Tiramisu was nice too. Coffee was a bit weak though.

A nice spot for tapas. The staff was friendly and the service was pretty good. We tried the patatas bravas and the croquetas - both were decent. The vibe is relaxed, though it got a bit loud later in the evening.

First time trying their seafood paella. The rice had a nice texture, not mushy, and the prawns were fresh. Good portion for the price. A solid introduction to the dish.

Fried artichokes were new for me, and they were good. Solid food and local wines. Service was efficient, which I appreciate. A bit pricey for what it is, but the location is convenient.

You can tell they really care about the food here. The croquettes were so good, perfect for sharing with friends.
