The pasta was pretty good, especially the carbonara. The ingredients tasted fresh and authentic. Portions were a bit on the smaller side for the price, but the quality was solid. A nice spot for a simple meal.

The fries were the standout. So crispy and fresh, I could have eaten a whole basket myself. The burger was solid too, pretty generous.

The 60s vibe here is spot on. Had the steak frites, perfectly cooked. The wine list had a nice Côtes du Rhône that paired beautifully. A bit pricey, but the portions are generous.

The DJ really kept the vibe going all night. We ended up staying way later than planned, just couldn't leave. Already thinking about when we can go back.

My husband loves couscous so we googled and found le maroc. We were warmly welcomed and given a table by the window. The starter dishes were good. The tagine was very tasty (maybe lacking spice) and the couscous merguez was perfect for my very hungry husband. All in all a great experience with fantastic service.

The lasagna is the star here. Their pizza and pasta are solid, but that lasagna is something else.

The steak was a bit overcooked, but they noticed before I even said anything. Had a new one out in minutes, no fuss. That kind of attention is nice.

The daily specials are consistently good. Convenient location just a short walk from the main area.

The mussels were the only thing I ordered. Fresh, plump, and cooked just right in a simple white wine broth. The flavor was clean and direct, exactly what you want from them. Could have used a bit more bread to soak up the sauce, though.

Stopped by for lunch. The coq au vin was rich and tender, really hit the spot. Servers Mina and Anais were on it, super friendly. Good spot for a group meal.

Nice spot overlooking the main square. The little terrace is pleasant in summer.

We came back a few times during our trip. The burgers were pretty good, and the chicken with Maroilles cheese was a solid choice. The team was friendly and professional. A decent spot for a reliable meal.

Booked ahead, it's busy. The porterhouse was cooked just right, juicy inside. The beer selection had a few local brews I hadn't tried before.

Nice spot. Staff were friendly, made the evening feel relaxed. Not cheap, but you're paying for the vibe. Would go back for a quiet dinner.

Got a table right away even though it was super busy! The mussels were really fresh, not your usual pub fare.

The kids' menu was a nice change. My little one had the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, which she enjoyed. It's a thoughtful option compared to the usual fare. Portions were decent for the price.

Stopped in for a quick drink after work. The 50cl beer was a solid deal for €8, perfect for a cold evening. Wine was decent too. Got me warmed up fast. Friendly spot, no fuss.

Great place. We enjoyed the ambience, food and hospitality. The restaurant was full and service speed a little slow. However we would all recommend this lovely restaurant

The Norman apple tart was the highlight. The crust had this perfect flaky texture, and the apples were just the right kind of sweet-tart. A lovely way to end the meal.

Surprise menu was solid. Chef knows what he's doing. Every plate came out clean, no fuss. Cozy spot, music was on point. Felt like a proper night out without trying too hard.

The tagliatelle al ragù was the real deal—properly rich and slow-cooked, not the watery stuff you usually get. I sat near the window and it felt pretty cozy, even if the chairs weren't the comfiest. Staff let me take my time with the menu, which I appreciated. Would go back just for that pasta.

The cheese fondue was solid and the place feels tucked away from the tourist crowds. Portion was big enough for two, though service took a bit. Cozy spot overall.

Went for the meatballs, they were solid. Price is a bit steep, €18 or so for a plate, but you can tell they use good meat. Place was busy, had to wait a bit for a table. Not somewhere I'd go every week, but fine for a treat now and then.

Solid spot for real Italian food. Had the rabbit pasta - generous portion, cooked just right. Menu's small but that's fine, means they focus on what they do.

Been coming here for a while now, and it’s still got that relaxed vibe. We brought our dachshund along, and they didn’t make a fuss—just brought water for him. The béarnaise sauce was fresh, not the packaged stuff. Dark ’n stormy hit the spot too. Place gets a bit loud later, but that’s on us for staying late.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Pizza was solid, crust had a good chew and the toppings weren't shy. Place fills up fast. Service dragged a bit, but I wasn't in a huge rush. Fine for a casual bite if you've got time to kill.

The Gentse Waterzooi hit the spot on a cold afternoon. Rich broth, tender chicken, just the right amount of comfort. Sat outside by the river, which was nice even if the breeze got a bit sharp. Service was fine, nothing flashy. Wouldn't mind coming back for that stew again.

Small menu but everything felt homemade, like someone actually cared about the cooking. The tea selection was a nice touch, and the desserts were solid. Would come back just for those.

The fish burger and cod bites were solid—fish stayed flaky inside a crisp batter. Cozy spot for a cold day, staff even helped us with the menu.
