Мы очень наслаждались ужином, музыка была великолепной, а обслуживание на высшем уровне. Персонал, особенно девушки на ресепшн, встретили нас с теплотой и радушием. Работники гардероба были очень вежливы и внимательны, а охрана тоже проявила заботу и приветливость, что позволило нам чувствовать себя в полной безопасности, несмотря на то, что я являюсь иностранцем. Особенно хочу отметить работу официантов – они были быстрыми, вежливыми и профессиональными, всегда готовы помочь. Цены тоже весьма разумные. И, конечно же, я хочу выделить Оксану, очаровательную девушку, которая продавала цветы. Мы купили у неё букет, и это стало прекрасным воспоминанием. В целом, атмосфера ресторана, качество еды, обслуживания, музыка – всё на высшем уровне. Я буду с радостью рекомендовать этот ресторан всем своим знакомым. I want to thank you for the wonderful evening spent at Maximilians restaurant on Saturday. It was just wonderful! We enjoyed the dinner very much, the music was great and the service at the top level. The staff, especially the girls on the respiratory, met us with warmth and joy. The garment workers were very polite and attentive, and the guards also showed care and kindness, which allowed us to feel completely safe despite being a foreigner. I would especially like to note the work of the waiters – they were quick, polite and professional, always ready to help. The prices are also very reasonable. And of course, I want to highlight Oxana, a charming girl who sold flowers. We bought a bouquet from her, and it became a great memory. отмечали день рождение,официантку не могли дождатЬся,она спала на ходу, горячее еле вымолили,но он было не горячее и даже не теплое! таких плохих официантов и отвратной еды не помню уже где и найти, тортик в подарок принесли уже тогда когда я заказала всем десерт устав ждать.думаю это условия самих владельцев чтобы не обслуживать нормально тех. кто пришел на день рождение и расСчитывает на скидку!? уровень очень низкий ИСПОРЧЕННЫЙ ДЕНЬ РОЖДЕНИЯ. Хостес при входе ведет себя очень грубо (девушка брюнетка с цветными прядями) некомпетентна и невежлива, складывается впечатление, что какие-либо обучающие тренинги по развитию коммуникативных навыков она не проходила, а это важно , ведь она является первым лицом заведения, с которым взаимодействуют посетители. Меню и обслуживание столиков понравилось, официант общалась очень вежливо.

Пришли компанией с целью отметить день рождение в 18,30( т.е еще до мозгобойни). То что творили официанты-не передать словами. заказали баварское ассорти . судака и  по салатику.Горячее ждали 2,5 часа . принесли только колбаски. рульку забыли. пришлось возмущаться. обещали через 20 мин принести но принесли только через час. кинули блюдо на стол . тарелки не соизволили принести. за рыбой видать пошли в магазин т.к готовить рыбу-2,5 часа это нонсенс. Заказали чай. принесли 1 чашку.похлебали его без торта. про торт сказали что готовят. мы уже не вытерпели таких издевательств. попросили счет . принесли тортНесколько раз просила позвать администратора- прибегали несколько девочек и все обьявляли себя администраторами и врали .День рождение испортили !в зале было занято всего 3 стола . человек 5 стояло на входе и откровенно смеялись при этом не собирались обслуживать. Считаю такое поведение не достойное для вашего ресторана

Отличное место для проведения дня рождения. Отличные акционные скидки. Приготовление блюд на высшем уровне. Обслуживание не навязчивое, быстрое и доброжелательное. При большой загруженности ресторана, посетители не мешают друг другу.
