Been coming here for years, and their Thai curries are always spot on. The red and green ones are my go-to. That Monday/Wednesday deal with a starter, main, and a drink for under £15 is a proper steal. It’s why I keep coming back.

Booked ahead for a Saturday night, which was definitely needed. The place is tiny, but that's what makes it feel so cosy and personal. Just a few tables, you're not crammed in.

Love the covered beer garden! Sat outside on a sunny afternoon, and it was just the right spot. Felt cosy even when a light drizzle started later. Good call having that cover.

A proper old pub, right across from the station. Good for meeting up. The interior has kept all its original features, which is nice. Had a decent pint and a pie. It was pretty quiet for a Saturday lunchtime, though.

A reliable local spot. I appreciate that they clearly mark which dishes are gluten-free on the menu. The grilled salmon I had was cooked just right, and the seasonal vegetables tasted genuinely fresh. It’s nice to see a pub offering thoughtful options.

The fish and chips were solid. Crispy batter, good chunky chips, mushy peas on the side. Exactly what you want from a classic pub dish. Portion was decent too.

The tempura here is really fresh and crispy. Probably the best I've had outside Japan.

Nice spot to catch a game, plenty of screens. The beer selection was decent and the regulars were friendly. A solid choice for a casual pint.

The live acts were the real star here. Caught a fantastic set last Saturday, the sound was crisp and clear. Just a great vibe all night.

It’s always got a cosy, laid-back vibe in here. Perfect spot for a relaxed pint, even when it’s busy. Just feels welcoming.

Great vibe with the jukebox. The house red was a solid match for the whole evening.

Lovely old pub, really enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome. Had the fish and chips - the fish was fresh and the batter was light, not greasy at all. A nice, simple meal.

Table service for drinks is a nice touch you don't always get. Our server was really on it, checking in just enough. Made the whole vibe more relaxed.

Nice spot for a pint. The Guinness is pretty good here, poured properly. Staff are friendly, which makes for a decent, relaxed vibe. A solid choice for a quiet drink.

The fish and chips were spot on. What really stood out was the cocktail list – had a fantastic gin-based drink that paired beautifully with the meal. The outdoor seating looked lovely, though it was a bit too breezy for us that evening.

Sunday lunch is solid. Roast beef was tender, veg fresh. Portions are generous for the price. Service was efficient, didn't have to wait long. Good option for a straightforward meal.

Love the vibe on open mic nights. It’s got this warm, buzzing energy that just feels right. The crowd’s always up for it, makes the whole place hum. A proper good night out.

Service was the standout. Staff really knew their gins, explained everything without rushing. Felt looked after.

Loved the vibe here. The music was just right, not too loud, and the decor had this cool, lived-in feel. Perfect for a chill evening with friends.

Decent spot for a daytime pint, the drink specials are pretty good. Downstairs bar is spacious, fine for watching a game.
