The Yuzu Beef Tsukemen was the standout. The citrus broth had a nice, clean flavor that wasn&#39;t too heavy.

The quality of the meat is truly outstanding. Cuts such as the Chateaubriand and the premium kalbi are especially tender and rich in flavor.
