The owners are so friendly, even to dogs. It's a warm, personal touch that makes this family-run tea room feel like home.

A solid spot for veggies. The menu's got some nice variety, and everything I tried had good flavour. Their smoothies and milkshakes are the real highlight though.

The food was pretty decent. I just wish the staff were a bit more flexible with their policies. It felt a bit rigid for a casual meal.

Portions are definitely on the smaller side, which I actually liked. Meant we could order a few different things without feeling stuffed or wasting food. The scallop dish was just right for two to share.

The fried chicken was so juicy and the BBQ sauce on the fries was spot on. Perfect for sharing with mates over a catch-up. Could taste how fresh everything was.

Perfect for a quick bite before the ferry. Bacon baguette was packed and tasty, coffee was strong. Got a biscuit with it too.

A pleasant evening. The smoked salmon starter was nicely presented, and the lamb main was very good. Service was fine, though the espresso martini at the end took a little while to arrive. A solid choice for a quiet dinner.

Loved the vibe here! Came for a quiet lunch and the decor is really beautiful. The pasta portions are huge for the price, which was a nice surprise. Food did take a while to come out, but no big deal when you're just relaxing.

From Birmingham, so I know my curries. The chicken here was really fresh and tender, portions are generous. Everything was cooked just right.

Popped in early for a bite. The fish and chips were spot on - crispy batter, proper chips. Love the old pub vibe in here, you can feel the history. No booking needed which was handy.

Zoe and Mariia were brilliant. Really professional, remembered our drinks order, and just made the whole evening run smoothly. A nice touch.

Maciej and Daniel were really helpful. The jugs here were noticeably fresher than at other places we tried. You could tell the ingredients were good quality.

The saffron ice cream was the perfect end to a rich dinner. Such a unique, subtle flavour. The fresh tea alongside it was lovely, though I wish the ice cream portion was a touch bigger.

The staff were so kind, even when we arrived near closing. The wine list had a great selection that paired nicely with our meal.

Cosy spot with a fire going when we arrived, which was lovely. The menu had a nice selection, and my fish and chips were solid. Prices felt fair. Service was quick, no complaints there.

They handled my food allergy really well. The curry I had was fantastic - just the right amount of heat and so much flavour. One of the best I've had in ages.

The pasta was cooked just right, really flavourful. I had a lovely, relaxed meal here. The chairs were comfortable and the service was friendly without being overbearing. Just what I needed.

As a coeliac, the gluten-free menu here is a real find. The waitress knew exactly what was safe for me to eat.

The espresso martini was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the negroni was spot on. Classic, bitter, with a nice orange peel. That's the one I'd order again.

Samsul and the team are always spot on. Been coming here for years, it's our local go-to for a curry.

Nice little French pub feel. Had the baked goat cheese, really hit the spot with a cold pint. Just what I needed.

Loved the music-themed decor, really quirky and fun. Food arrived piping hot, which is always a plus. The staff were super friendly too.

The Sunday roast beef was spot on, not dry at all. Veg were nicely done too. Good portion for the price.

The food's actually really good for what you pay. Fresh ingredients, you can tell they put care into it. Prices are fair.
