Cozy spot, good for a date night or a family dinner. The lighting was just right, not too bright or loud. Felt relaxed the whole time. My only thing was the music was a bit too low, could barely hear it.

Tried the light set menu on a hot day. The portions were just right, not too heavy. I was really impressed by how they plated the fish course – looked like a little garden on the dish. Good deal for the price.

A nice spot in Gallipoli. The pizzas are really good, with a decent crust. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a place I keep coming back to, though sometimes you do have to wait a little.

Been coming here for years, and the wine list is always solid. They’ve got a nice range that works with the menu. I appreciate that they keep your bottle properly chilled through the whole meal—it’s a small thing, but it shows they care.

The carbonara pizza. That's the one. Thin crust with a good chew, not cracker-like. The pancetta was crisp, egg yolk just runny enough. A bit salty maybe, but in a good way. That's what I come for.

I was blown away by the variety here. Grabbed a pistachio croissant that was still warm, then ended up sharing a slice of their daily pizza. So many choices, it's hard to pick just one!

The meat selection here is generous, and the quality is solid for the price. The homemade barbecue sauce is the real star. I paired it with a bold red wine, and the combination was spot on. A solid spot for a casual meal.

The kitchen handled my partner's allergies perfectly. They didn't need to modify a single course on the tasting menu. That's real skill right there.

Stopped by for coffee and dinner. The coffee was really good, and the dinner was just as solid. Didn’t feel overpriced for what you get.

I had an extraordinary dinner at Agricola Samadhi, where the vegetarian and vegan options were not only diverse but also beautifully presented. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Absolutely delicious food. Charming and welcoming a staff. Buzzing with local people. Highly recommend.

The seafood pasta was al dente, just how I like it. The sauce had this lovely depth, really clung to the noodles. A highlight for sure.

Homemade pasta was the star. Ravioli with that tomato sauce... just right. Tiramisu and sausage were good too. Solid meal.

Staff was so kind to offer a seat and Prosecco while we waited early. I really appreciated them preparing a risotto for just one person. The rice was perfectly al dente, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. A thoughtful touch for a solo diner.

Stumbled upon this place off the main drag. The fish was super fresh, and everything looked nice on the plate. Felt like a good deal for what we got.

Grabbed a quick lunch here. The pizza crust was surprisingly light - they ferment the dough for 72 hours. Tried the 'land & sea' tasting menu too, solid choice for a fast bite. Good spot when you're in a rush.

T-bone was spot on medium-rare. Just salt, pepper, and charcoal. Meat quality speaks for itself. Quick lunch, in and out. Focus is on the steak, nothing fancy. Did the job.

Linguine with clams was solid. Service was good too.

The grilled meats here are seriously good. We shared a platter with friends and everything was so tender and juicy. Perfect for a casual catch-up, though the portions could be a bit bigger for the price.

The portions are definitely generous for the price. I really appreciate that they use such fresh, local ingredients. You can taste the difference in the vegetables. A solid choice for a healthy meal.

Been coming here for years. The shared starters are always generous, especially the local specialties. That's what keeps me coming back.

Been coming here for years, and the seafood pasta is the reason. Always that perfect al dente bite, and the sauce tastes fresh every single time. It’s the one thing I know I can count on.

Been coming here for years. It's just a husband and wife running the place, which makes it feel like home. You can taste the care in every dish. The pasta is always cooked just right. A real neighborhood spot.

Been here a few times this week. Staff is responsive, especially Silvana and Enzo. Food is consistently good, atmosphere works for a business dinner. A solid, reliable option near the hotel.

Staff was friendly. Matteo suggested the truffle pasta, and it was exactly what I wanted. Good call.

The view from this spot at the tip of Salento is something else. We sat outside for lunch and just stared at the sea the whole time. The pasta was good, but honestly, you come here for the scenery. It’s the main event.

The vegetarian tasting menu was a delight. Presentation was beautiful. The wine pairing, though, really made it. Each course had a thoughtful match that brought out the subtle flavors. A bit pricey, but the experience was spot on.
